GDP ![]() Exports ![]() Unemployment Rate ![]() Retail Sales ![]() | Economic Statistics 2010年7至9月失業統計數字 據政府統計處最新的數字,2010年7至9月經季節性調整的失業率為4.2%,與2010年6至8月的數字相同。就業不足率亦同時保持不變,維持在1.9%的水平。 Unemployment and underemployment statistics for July - September 2010 According to the Census and Statistics Department, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate stood at 4.2% in July - September 2010, equalling that of June - August 2010. The underemployment rate also remained unchanged at 1.9%. 2010年9月份消費物價指數 政府統計處公布2010年9月份的綜合消費物價指數與一年前同月比較,上升2.6%,較2010年8月份(3%)升幅為小。9月份比8月份的升幅收窄,主要是由於政府一次性的電費補貼於上年8月份完結,令當時的比較基數較低的緣故。 Consumer Price Indices for September 2010 The Census and Statistics Department announced that the Consumer Price Index rose by 2.6% in September 2010 over the same month a year earlier, smaller than the corresponding increase (3%) in August 2010. The smaller increase in September 2010 than in August 2010 was mainly due to the low base of comparison in August 2009 when the Government's one-off electricity charge subsidy was paid for the final month. Infrastructure and Development 沙田石門地滙豐中標 地政總署公布位於新界沙田石門安耀街、安群街與安麗街交界的用地,由香港上海滙豐銀行以港幣8.16億元中標,每呎樓面地價約港幣1,777元,年期50年。地皮面積為91,849平方呎,指定作非住宅用途。最高的樓面面積為459,246平方呎。匯豐銀行表示,新購地皮將會用作發展後勤中心。 HSBC awarded Sha Tin site The Lands Department announced that the tender for a site at the junction of On Yiu Street, On Kwan Street and On Lai Street, in Shek Mun in Sha Tin, had been awarded to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation on a 50-year land grant at a premium of HK$816 million, or about HK$1,777 psf. The site has an area of about 91,849 sf and is designated for non-residential purposes. The maximum GFA is 459,246 sf. The bank plans to build a new back office on the plot. Property Markets and Transactions 一手住宅樓盤銷售情況 新鴻基地產計劃最快於今年11月推出南區壽山村道9號住宅項目。另外, 集團亦將於今年年底前開售分別位於沙田的壹號雲頂3期及元朗寶業街18號的住宅項目。 Primary residential sales Sun Hung Kai Properties plans to launch its luxury project at 9 Shouson Hill Road in Southern District in November 2010 at the earliest. The company also plans to launch two projects, Peak One (Phase 3) in Shatin and the project at 18 Po Yip Street in Yuen Long before end of this year. | |

Sitting on the parcel A12, The hotel is developed and owned by Shin Kong Life Insurance as the insurer obtained the 50-year development rights of the site in 2003 for approximately NT$3.7 billion (US$120 million). A mixed-use hotel and office project has been developed on the 2,953-ping (9,760 sm) site with the hotel portion being leased to My Humble House Hospitality Management Consulting Co. who introduced the new brand Le Méridien to the Taiwan market. Infrastructure and Development 鄉林建設新台幣7億元買北投土地 鄉林建設日前公告,以新台幣7億元(2,270萬美元)取得台北市北投區土地。該土地使用分區為住宅區,面積共2,232坪(7,377平方米),換算每坪單價約新台幣31.4萬元(每平方米3,070美元)。 Shining buys land in Beitou for NT$700 million Shining Building Business announced to buy a land lot in the Beitou District of Taipei City for NT$700 million (US$22.7 million). Zoned for residential use, the land parcel spans a land area of 2,232 ping (7,377 sm), translating into a unit price of about NT$314,000 per ping (US$3,070 psm). 冠德建設買進文山區土地 冠德建設於近日向自然人與同發建設購入位於台北市文山區的24筆土地,面積總計約2,292坪(7,577平方米)。據冠德公告,交易總金額介於新台幣8.02億元至8.71億元之間(2,600萬至2,800萬美元),冠德計畫興建住宅出售。 Kindom Construction obtains land in Wenshan Kindom Construction recently acquired 24 pieces of land in Taipei's Wenshan District from individual owners and Tong Fa Construction, which amount to 2,292 ping (7,577 sm) of land area. According to the announcement, the total transaction price was between NT$802 million and NT$871 million (US$26 million to US$28 million). Kindom Construction plans to build residential dwellings on the site. 興富發逾新台幣29億元賣大直土地 興富發建設於日前將位於台北市大直約1,002坪(3,313平方米)的土地,以新台幣近29.1億元(9,420萬美元)出售予自然人。興富發於2006年10月以新台幣約20.2億元(6,550萬美元)取得該地段土地共2,004坪(6,626平方米),其中1/2土地於2008年2月以新台幣逾16.8億元(5,450萬美元)出售予自然人。 Highwealth sells Dazhi land for over NT$2.9 billion Highwealth Construction disposed of a 1,002-ping (3,313 sm) land parcel located in Taipei's Dazhi area to an individual investor for nearly NT$2.91 billion (US$94.2 million). The property transacted was a half of the 2,004-ping (6,625 sm) lot acquired by Highwealth in October 2006 for NT$2.02 billion (US$65.5 million). In February 2008, Highwealth sold 50% of the property to a natural person for over NT$1.68 billion (US$54.5 million). | |

Accumulated gross revenue totalled MOP 133.2 billion from January to September 2010, up 60.1% y-o-y. Property Markets and Transactions 銀座廣場商場料今年聖誕節前開幕 由新基地產發展的銀座廣場,近日將地庫1樓、地下至4樓合共6層之商場進行招租。該項目總樓面建築面積約13萬平方呎,商場舖位面積由110至全層25,000平方呎,預計今年聖誕節前開幕。 Mall at Macau Ginza Plaza expected to open before Christmas 2010 The six-storey shopping mall of Macau Ginza Plaza, a project developed by San Kei Land Development, recently started leasing activities. The mall has a GFA of about 130,000 sf involving basement level 1 and G/F to 4/F, with shop areas ranging from 110 sf to a whole floor of 25,000 sf.
