高鐵西九站上蓋擬建3幢商廈
據報導, 港鐵向城市規劃委員會提出申請,在高鐵西九龍總站上蓋興建 3幢21-23層高商廈。項目的總樓面約316萬平方呎,其中約285萬平方呎作寫字樓,其餘31.6萬平方呎則為零售和相關的商業用途,最快 2020年完工。
Three commercial buildings above West Kowloon terminus proposed
MTR Corporation has reportedly applied to the Town Planning Board to build three 21- to 23-storey commercial buildings above the West Kowloon express rail link terminus. The project will cover 3.16 million sf of GFA with 2.85 million sf of offices and over 316,000 sf of space for commercial or retail use. The project is expected to complete in 2020 at the earliest.

新鴻基地產表示旗下於元朗的住宅項目YOHO MIDTOWN最快於2月20日先推售M2座共215個標準單位,建築面積介乎573-1,251平方呎。該項目由 8 幢住宅大樓組成,提供 1,886 個一房至四房單位。
集團亦計劃最快於3月底推售旗下位於旺角洋松街的住宅新盤「形品.星寓」, 意向呎價約港幣10,000元。項目共有37層, 提供 377 個單位。
恒基地產旗下住宅項目名家匯最快農曆新年後推售, 標準戶平均意向呎價約港幣16,500-17,000元。 項目位於沙田顯泰街共提供157伙, 單位面積由1,450平方呎起。
Sales of new residential projects
Sun Hung Kai Properties announced that YOHO MIDTOWN, its residential project in Yuen Long, will begin sales on 20 February at the earliest, with the launch of 215 units at tower M2 ranging from 573-1,251 sf of GFA. The project comprises eight residential towers containing 1,886 units in various configurations from one to four bedrooms.
The group also plans to launch its residential project Lime Stardom at Larch Street in Mong Kok in late March at the earliest, with an asking price of about HK$10,000 psf. The 37-storey scheme will offer 377 units.
Henderson Land plans to launch its residential development, Hill Paramount, after Chinese New Year, with an asking price of about HK$16,500-17,000 psf for standard units. Located at Hin Tai Street, Shatin, the project will offer 157 units with sizes from 1,450 sf.
田生購4個舊樓項目
據報導, 田生地產最近成功收購4個舊樓項目逾9成業權,最新以約港幣8,800萬元,統一佔地3,614平方呎的九龍城沙浦道75至81號全部業權。另外,集團以約港幣9,600萬元購入佔地約6,440平方呎的深水埗通州街204至214號94%業權。集團亦成功收購位於筲箕灣道383A至387號項目91%業權,涉及收購價逾港幣2億元;另又以約港幣3億元購入西半山巴丙頓道23號蕙匯別墅項目91%業權。
Richfield acquired four old residential properties
Richfield Realty has reportedly acquired over 90% equity in four old residential properties, the latest of which involved the HK$88 million buyout of an old apartment block on Sa Po Road, Kowloon City. The plot covers a site area of 3,614 sf. The company has also acquired a 94% stake in another block on Tung Chau Street in Sham Shui Po with a site area of around 6,440 sf for about HK$96 million. In addition, the group acquired a 91% stake in an old block at 383A-387 Shau Kei Wan Road for over HK$200 million and a 91% stake in Viva Villa at 23 Babington Path in the Western Mid-levels for about HK$300 million.

1月出口總值按年大增75.8%
根據財政部最新統計,1月出口總值217.5億美元,已連續3個月超過200億美元,為16個月來新高;若與上年同月比較,增加938億美元或增75.8%,為1976年8月以來最大增幅,主因出口漸趨穩健成長,且2009年1月適逢農曆春節假期及金融海嘯谷底,比較基數偏低所致。出口前十大貨品中,電子產品、塑橡膠及其製品、化學品皆為17個月來新高。另一方面,1月進口總值192.5億美元,較去年同月增加114.7%;今年1月出、進口相抵,貿易出超約25億美元。
January exports grow 75.8% y-o-y
Taiwan's exports reached a 16-month high of US$21.75 billion in January 2010, the third consecutive month that total exports exceeded US$20 billion, according to the latest statistics released by the Ministry of Finance. Compared to the same period in 2009, exports last month increased 75.8% or US$9.38 billion, posting its largest y-o-y growth in 33 years. The sharp increase in exports was due mainly to the stable growth in outbound sales and the low comparison base last year stemming from the global financial turbulence and Lunar New Year holidays. Of the major ten export commodities, electronic products, plastics, rubber and articles thereof, and chemicals all reached new highs in 17 months over the past month. On the other hand, Taiwan's imports amounted to US$19.25 billion in January, rising 114.7% y-o-y. The trade surplus therefore totaled about US$2.5 billion last month.

礁溪長榮鳳凰酒店試營運
位於宜蘭縣溫泉勝地的「礁溪長榮鳳凰酒店」於2月10日開幕試營運,客房數達235間,為台灣最大的溫泉觀光飯店。長榮鳳凰酒店由寶宏建設投資新台幣20億元(6,240萬美元)興建,由長榮酒店國際連鎖經營管理,佔地逾2,300坪(7,600平方米),是長榮國際在台灣本土的第6個據點。
Evergreen Resort Hotel launches soft opening
The Evergreen Resort Hotel launched its soft opening on 10 February in the Jiaosi area of Yilan county, a popular hot springs destination in Taiwan. As Taiwan's largest hot springs hotel, the Evergreen Resort Hotel (Jiaosi) covers a land area of over 2,300 ping (7,600 sm) and provides a total of 235 guest rooms. The Evergreen Resort Hotel (Jiaosi), developed and constructed by the Bao-hong Construction, is operated by Evergreen International Hotels. The developer has invested about NT$2 billion (US$62.4 million) in the project. The newly launched hotel is Evergreen group's sixth hotel in Taiwan.
