2009訪港旅客人次初步數據
香港旅遊發展局公佈，根據初步數據顯示，2009年全年訪港旅客約共2,959萬人次，較2008年微升0.3%，亦較旅發局去年初預期全年下跌1.6%為佳。2009年來自中國內地的旅客人數較2008年增加6.5%，至1,769萬人次。
Provisional visitor arrivals for 2009
The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that the provisional number of total arrivals in 2009 has reached 29.59 million. The figure represents an increase of 0.3% over 2008 and exceeds HKTB's original forecast of a 1.6%-shortfall in 2009. Visitor arrivals from Mainland China in 2009 recorded a y-o-y increase of 6.5% to 17.69 million.

2009年12月份土地註冊處數字
據土地註冊處資料顯示，12月份送交該處註冊的所有種類樓宇買賣合約共11,112份（按月下跌0.7%，按年則上升104.4%）, 其合約總值港幣429億元（按月下跌10.5%，按年比較，則上升108.9%）。上述買賣合約中，住宅樓宇買賣合約佔9,108份（按月下跌1.1%，按年則上升93.5%）, 其合約總值港幣347億元（按月下跌9%，按年則上升96.6%）。
Land Registry statistics for December 2009
Land Registry data show that a total of 11,112 sale and purchase agreements for all building units were received for registration in December (-0.7% m-o-m but +104.4% y-o-y). The total consideration of sale and purchase agreements in December was HK$42.9 billion (-10.5% m-o-m but +108.9% y-o-y). Among the sale and purchase agreements, 9,108 were for residential units (-1.1% m-o-m but +93.5% y-o-y). The total consideration for these sale & purchase agreements amounted to HK$34.7 billion (-9% m-o-m but +96.6% y-o-y).
2009年第四季住宅樓花預售數據
地政總署公布，於2009年第四季共發出8份預售樓花同意書，其中5份屬住宅單位，另外3份則屬商業單位。該5份住宅單位預售樓花同意書涉及共3,885個單位，其中四個分別位於灣仔、沙田、上水及元朗的項目，共有2,469個單位，預計於今年3月至11月間落成。而另外一個位於將軍澳的項目有1,416個單位，預計於2011年5月落成。
Pre-sale consent statistics for the fourth quarter of 2009
The Lands Department announced that it issued eight pre-sale consents to sell units in uncompleted developments in the fourth quarter of 2009, of which five consents were for the sale of residential units and three for the sale of commercial developments. The five pre-sale consents for residential developments involve a total of 3,885 uncompleted units. Four developments respectively located in Wan Chai, Sha Tin, Sheung Shui and Yuen Long, comprising a total of 2,469 units, are estimated to be completed from March to November 2010. The development in Tseung Kwan O, involving 1,416 units, is estimated to be completed in May 2011.

據報導, 恒基地產及新世界發展接納大棠路住宅項目補地價，涉及金額約港幣25億元，每平方呎樓面地價約港幣2,100元。
Henderson and New World pay about HK$2.5 billion land premium for Tai Tong Road project
Henderson Land Development and New World Development have reportedly agreed to pay a HK$2.5 billion land premium in order to convert an agricultural site at Tai Tong Road in Yuen Long to residential use. With the premium, the unit rate is about HK$2,100 psf.

新鴻基地產預計旗下於元朗的住宅項目YOHO MIDTOWN最快於下月中農曆新年前首推約700個單位。該項目由 8 幢住宅大樓組成，提供 1,886 個一房至四房單位。
新鴻基位於沙田的另一住宅項目壹號雲頂3期頂峰，亦料最快於本月下旬正式推售。該項目提供約13個座洋房。
Pre-sales of new residential projects
Sun Hung Kai Properties expects YOHO MIDTOWN, its residential project in Yuen Long, to begin pre-sales in mid-February before Chinese New Year at the earliest, with the launch of about 700 units. The project will have eight residential towers containing 1,886 units in various configurations from one to four bedrooms.
Another project of Sun Hung Kai Properties, Peak One (Phase 3) in Shatin is also expected to begin pre-sales in late January. The project will offer about 13 villas.

12月出口較上年同月成長46.9%
財政部公布去年12月進出口貿易數據，12月出口總值200.3億美元，為14個月來新高，與上年同月相比，增加46.9％，為1991年以來最大增幅（春節期間除外），且連續2個月正成長，主要係受國際景氣逐漸回溫及上年同月基期較低影響。累計2009全年出口總值為2,037億美元，較上年減少20.3％，創下史上最大減幅；由於去年進口亦大幅衰退27.4%，進而使得貿易出超達到290.4億美元，為歷年來新高。
December exports rise 46.9% y-o-y
According to the latest statistics released by the Ministry of Finance, Taiwan's exports reached US$20.03 billion in December 2009, the highest level tallied in 14 months. Compared to the same month in 2008, December exports rose 46.9%, marking the second consecutive month of y-o-y growth and the largest increase since 1991 (excluding the Chinese New Year period). The main factors contributing to the significant increase are improved global business sentiment and the low comparison base in 2008. For the year of 2009, total exports amounted to only US$203.7 billion, representing the largest y-o-y decline in decades of 20.3%. Nevertheless, as total imports last year decreased by 27.4% y-o-y, in 2009 Taiwan achieved a historical high in terms of a favorable balance of trade, which amounted to US$29.04 billion.

北市計畫投資新台幣700億開發社子島
歷經約十年的「社子島開發計畫案」於日前獲得行政院經濟建設委員會審議通過，未來再經行政院院會通過即可著手開發；台北市政府預計投入新台幣700億元（約22億美元），以11年的時間，將社子島打造成永續、安全的都市環境。台北市政府擬定的社子島開發案，計畫面積約240公頃，共劃分居住、商業、產業服務、娛樂及遊樂等五大使用分區。除防洪設施外，社子島目前有已動工的社子大橋，市府並規劃興建輕軌捷運系統，以解決當地的交通問題。
Taipei to invest NT$70 billion in Shezi Island
The Shezi Island Development Project, proposed ten years ago, recently passed the review of the Council for Economic Planning and Development. After obtaining approval from the Cabinet, Taipei City Government will budget NT$70 billion (US$2.2 billion) over 11 years in hopes of turning Shezi Island into a sustainable, safe urban environment. Covering a land area of approximately 240 hectares, the Shezi development project is divided into five zones for residential, commercial, industrial services, recreational and leisure use. In addition to flood prevention facilities, the currently under-construction Shezi Bridge and a light-rail metro system planned by the city government are expected to solve traffic problems in Shezi.

2009年1-11月內地澳門貿易數據
商務部最新公佈統計顯示，2009年1-11月內地與澳門貿易額為18.9億美元，同比降29.5%。其中，內地對澳門出口為16.5億美元，同比降31.5%；自澳門進口為2.4億美元，同比降12.5%。
Trade volume statistics between the Mainland and Macau for January-November 2009
According to the Ministry of Commerce of China, the trade volume between the Mainland and Macau from January to November 2009 fell to US$1.89 billion, down 29.5% y-o-y. Of this, Mainland exports to Macau totalled US$1.65 billion, a decrease of 31.5% y-o-y; Mainland imports from Macau amounted to US$240 million, down 12.5% y-o-y.

深圳將開行水上飛機直飛港澳穗
海翔航空有限公司與深圳市機場港務有限公司近日簽署"深圳機場碼頭至泛珠三角地區的水上飛機項目備忘錄協議"。根據協議內容，"水上飛機"項目計劃於2010年第四季度正式實施運作。海翔航空將把深圳作為運營總部，開闢澳門、香港、廣州在內的泛珠江三角洲地區水上飛機航線。
Shenzhen to launch seaplane service from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou
WaterfrontAir and Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal Services Company recently signed a memorandum of understanding to provide seaplane services from the Shenzhen Airport ferry pier to neighbouring cities in the Pearl River Delta. According to the agreement, seaplane services are planned to start in the fourth quarter of 2010. WaterfrontAir, which will locate its headquarters in Shenzhen, will launch seaplane services in the cities of Pearl River Delta including Macau, Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
