2009年11月份對外商品貿易統計
根據政府統計處的數字顯示,繼2009年10月份錄得13.1%的按年跌幅後,11月份的商品整體出口貨值為港幣2,341億元,較2008年同月上升1.3%。同時,繼2009年10月份錄得10.7%的按年跌幅後,11月份商品進口貨值為港幣2,548億元,較上一年同月上升6.5%。
External merchandise trade statistics for November 2009
Census and Statistics Department data indicate that the value of total exports of goods increased by 1.3% from a year earlier to HK$234.1 billion in November 2009, after a y-o-y decrease of 13.1% in October 2009. Concurrently, the value of imports of goods increased by 6.5% from a year earlier to HK$254.8 billion in November 2009, after a y-o-y decrease of 10.7% in October 2009.
2009年11月份零售業銷貨額統計數字
根據政府統計處公佈資料顯示,2009年11月零售業總銷貨價值的估計為港幣229億元,較上年同月上升11.7%,零售業總銷貨數量較上年同月上升9.8%。該月汽車及汽車零件的銷貨數量升幅最大,按年上升52.1%。另一方面,超級市場貨品的銷貨數量下跌3.9%。
Retail sales in November 2009
According to the Census and Statistics Department, total retail sales in November 2009, estimated at HK$22.9 billion, increased by 11.7% in value and 9.8% in volume when compared with a year earlier. The sales volume of motor vehicles and parts increased the most, rising 52.1% y-o-y in November, while the sales volume of supermarket commodities decreased by 3.9% y-o-y.

根據香港金融管理局的資料,11月份新取用按揭貸款額較10月份減少1.2%,至港幣209億元。新批出的貸款按月減少11.1%,至港幣258億元。
Residential mortgage statistics for November 2009
According to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, new mortgage loans drawn down during November declined by 1.2% compared with October, to HK$20.9 billion. The amount of new loans approved fell by 11.1% m-o-m to HK$25.8 billion.
2009年11月份屋宇署統計數字
據屋宇署資料顯示,11月共批出20份建築圖則,其中包括12項住宅及商住發展、3項商業發展、1項工廠及工業發展,以及4項社區服務發展。屋宇署同時發出11份入伙紙,其中住宅用途的建築樓面面積有88,098平方米(約948,287平方呎),共719個單位。
Buildings Department statistics for November 2009
Information from the Buildings Department indicate that 20 building plans were approved in November. Of the approved plans, 12 were for apartment and apartment/commercial developments, three were for commercial developments, one was for factory and industrial developments, and four were for community services developments. The department also issued 11 occupation permits. Of the buildings certified for occupation, the GFA for residential use amounted to 88,098 sm (about 948,287 sf), involving 719 units.

大埔兩地以港幣104億售出
地政總署於本月二十八日舉行本財政年度第二次土地拍賣。兩幅地位於大埔白石角發展區第2期大埔市地段第200號及201號。200號地皮由信置獨資以港幣51.5億投得,比底價港幣36.04億高出43%。而201號地皮則由信置(85%)與嘉華國際(15%)組成之財團以港幣52.5億投得,比底價港幣36.04億高出46%。兩幅土地地盤面積各約為20,925平方米 (約225,237平方呎),指定作非工業用途,不包括倉庫及酒店。完成發展後各可提供最少40,176平方米 (約432,454平方呎)樓面面積。
Two lots in Tai Po sold for HK$10.4 billion
The Lands Department held the second public land auction of this financial year on 28 December, auctioning off two plots: Tai Po Town Lot No 200 and Lot No 201 at Pak Shek Kok Development Area Phase 2. Lot No 200 was sold for HK$5.15 billion to Sino Land, at 43% higher than the opening bid of HK$3.604 billion. The second plot, Lot No 201, was sold for HK$5.25 billion to a joint venture of Sino Land (85%) and K Wah International (15%), at 46% higher than the opening bid of HK$3.604 billion. Tai Po Town Lot No 200 and Tai Po Town Lot No 201 each have a site area of about 20,925 sm (around 225,237 sf) and are designated for non-industrial, excluding godown and hotel, purposes. Each site will offer a minimum GFA of 40,176 sm (around 432,454 sf).

據報導,由包玉剛家族成立的包氏基金持有之摩星嶺道68號全幢住宅大廈,剛以逾港幣3.83億元售出。該物業於2007年落成,總建築面積約26,000平方呎,建築呎價約港幣14,700元。
68 Mount Davis Road sold for HK$383 million
A residential building at 68 Mount Davis Road, owned by the family of the late Sir Yue-Kong Pao, was reportedly sold for HK$383 million. The building was completed in 2007 and has a GFA of about 26,000 sf, with a unit price of about HK$14,700 psf gross.
嘉民粉嶺物流中心港幣1.5億售
據報導,由澳洲嘉民集團基金持有之粉嶺物流中心全幢,剛以港幣1.5億元售出。該物業於1995年落成,總樓面面積約137,700平方呎,樓面呎價約為港幣1,089元。

Fanling Distribution Centre, owned by Goodman Asia, was reportedly sold for HK$150 million. The distribution centre was completed in 1995 and has a GFA of about 137,700 sf, with a unit price of about HK$1,089 psf gross.

11月零售業營業額成長9.2%
經濟部公布11月份批發、零售及餐飲業調查,零售業營業額為新台幣2,843億元(88億美元),較上年同月增加9.2%。零售業各業別中,以汽機車及其零配件用品業按年增加59.1%最多,無店面零售業按年增加18.8%次之,燃料零售業按年增加16.5%再次之。另一方面,11月批發業營業額年增率高達17.4%,餐飲業年增率為1.1%。
Retail sales grow 9.2% in November
According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan's retail sales reached NT$284.3 billion (US$8.8 billion) in November, up by 9.2% y-o-y. Among retail sectors, automobiles, motorcycles, and related parts and accessories recorded the highest annual growth, with sales revenue increasing 59.1% from last November. Following the automobiles and motorbikes sector were the non-store retailing and fuel products sectors, which rose 18.8% and 16.5% y-o-y, respectively. In addition to the retail segment, wholesale and F&B sectors also posted gains in November, with sales of wholesale goods increasing 17.4% y-o-y and F&B sales edging up by 1.1% y-o-y.
12月消費者信心指數上升
台灣經濟發展研究中心公布12月消費者信心指數的總數為65.4點,與十一月比較上升2.9點,創下自去年5月來新高,顯示消費者信心指數已回到金融海嘯前的水準。六項構成指標中,上升幅度最大者為「未來半年投資股票時機」,其餘亦有四項指標上升,依上升幅度分別為「未來半年台灣經濟景氣」、「未來半年購買耐久性財貨時機」、「未來半年就業機會」及「未來半年家庭經濟狀況」;此次調查中唯一下降的指標是「未來半年物價水準」。從絕對水準來看,六項指標全數小於100點,仍屬於「偏向悲觀」。
Consumer confidence rises in December
According to the Research Center for Taiwan Economic Development, Taiwan's consumer confidence index rose to 65.4 points in December, up by 2.9 points m-o-m, the highest since May 2008, before the global financial crisis. Of the six indicators that make up the index, five increased in December. Among improved indicators, the "investment timing to buy stocks over next 6 months" indicator saw the largest increase, followed by the "confidence in Taiwan's economy," "likelihood to buy durable goods," "confidence in the job market," and "outlook for family finances" indicators for the next half-year. The one indicator that saw a decline was "outlook for price level over the next 6 months." Overall, all six indicators scored less than 100 points, meaning consumers were still pessimistic.

2009年9-11月澳門就業數據
統計暨普查局最新資料顯示,今年9-11月澳門的失業率為3.3%,較上一期(8-10月)下降0.2個百分點。今期失業人口共10,700人,較上一期減少約600人。按行業分析,酒店業和零售業的就業人數較上一期增加,而飲食業、運輸通訊及倉儲業的則有所減少。
Macau employment statistics for September - November 2009
Statistics and Census Service data show that the unemployment rate for the period from September-November 2009 was 3.3%, dropping 0.2 of a percentage point from the previous period (August-October). In September-November 2009, the number of unemployed decreased by about 600 from the preceding period to 10,700. Analysed by industry, the number of people working in the hotel sector and retail trade increased from the preceding period, while employment in the restaurants & similar activities and the transport, storage & communications sectors registered a decrease.
2009年11月對外商品貿易統計
統計暨普查局資料顯示,今年11月貨物出口總值為6.35億澳門元,較去年同月下跌40.4%。在進口方面,今年11月的貨物進口總值為34.1億澳門元,同比微升0.4%。

According to the Statistics and Census Service, the value of total exports of goods fell to MOP 635 million in November 2009, dropping 40.4% y-o-y. The value of total imports of goods amounted to MOP 3.41 billion, nudging up 0.4% y-o-y.
