一.2009年6月份對外商品貿易貨量及價格統計

政府統計處資料顯示,6月商品整體出口貨量按年跌2.9%,轉口貨量跌1.7%, 進口貨量降4.9%。今年6月,整體商品出口價格按年升0.7%,商品轉口價格升0.8%, 進口價格跌1.2%。今年上半年,商品整體出口貨量按年降16.3%,轉口貨量跌15.5%, 進口貨量也錄得17%的跌幅。期內整體商品出口價格按年升1.6%,商品轉口價格升1.6%, 進口價格沒有明顯變動。



External merchandise trade statistics for June 2009

According to the Census and Statistics Department, in June 2009 the volume of total goods exports fell 2.9%, goods re-exports fell 1.7%, and imports dropped 4.9% versus the same month last year. In June, the price of total goods exports rose 0.7% y-o-y, the price of goods re-exports rose 0.8% y-o-y, and the price of goods imports fell 1.2% y-o-y. In the first half of 2009, the volume of total goods exports fell 16.3% y-o-y while that of goods re-exports fell 15.5% y-o-y and goods imports dropped 17% y-o-y. Also in the first half of 2009, the price of total goods exports increased by 1.6% and the price of goods re-exports rose 1.6% over a year earlier. The prices of imports of goods were virtually unchanged.



二.2009年上半年私人住宅樓宇的落成量及預測落成量

差餉物業估價署資料顯示,今年上半年私人住宅落成量共3,144伙,佔該署全年預測落成量14,738伙21.3%,其中港島區佔356伙,九龍區佔1,270伙,新界區佔1,518伙。



Completions and forecast completions in the private residential sector for the first half of 2009.

According to the Rating and Valuation Department (RVD), completions in the private residential sector amounted to 3,144 units in the first half of 2009, representing 21.3% of the RVD's total 2009 annual forecast completions of 14,738 units. Of these 3,144 units, 356 units were located on Hong Kong Island, 1,270 units were in Kowloon and 1,518 units were in the New Territories.



三.一手住宅樓盤銷售情況

據報導,主要一手住宅樓盤於8月8日至9日期間錄得逾100宗成交。當中包括新鴻基地產旗下重推的九龍站天璽,售出約35伙。另外, 長實稱旗下將軍澳日出康城二期領都全數1,688個單位,已悉數沽清。同時, 長實亦重推日出康城一期首都約30個撻訂單位。同樣地, 恒隆地產於8月11日重售所持君臨天下單位,單位平均呎價約港幣14,000-15,000元, 估計項目當日沽出約100伙。而新鴻基地產也於8月12日重推旗下的新蒲崗譽.港灣部份單位, 據悉,現已售出超過10伙。



Sales of primary residential projects

About 100 transactions in major primary residential projects reportedly took place from 8-9 August. The figure includes around 35 units sold in the re-launch of Sun Hung Kai Properties' project, The Cullinan, at Kowloon Station. Also, Cheung Kong said that all 1,688 units at its Le Prestige, Phase II of LOHAS Park residential project in Tseung Kwan O have been sold. In addition, Cheung Kong resold about 30 units from defaulted transactions at The Capitol, Phase I of LOHAS Park residential development. Hang Lung re-launched The HarbourSide residential project at Kowloon station on 11 August, which had an average unit price of about HK$14,000-15,000 psf. It was estimated that about 100 units were sold on the same day. Similarly, Sun Hung Kai Properties re-launched some units of The Latitude residential development in San Po Kong on 12 August, and over 10 units were reportedly sold.
