2009年第三季本地生產總值
政府統計處資料顯示，2009年第三季度的本地生產總值初步數字，經季節性調整與對上季度比較，實質本地生產總值於第二季上升3.3%後，於第三季再錄0.4%的升幅。本地生產總值的實質按年跌幅，由第一季的3.8%收窄至第二季的2.4%。
GDP statistics for the third quarter of 2009
According to the Census and Statistics Department, the preliminary figures on Hong Kong's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the third quarter of 2009, on a seasonally adjusted q-o-q comparison, indicate that real GDP recorded a further growth at 0.4% in the third quarter, after a growth of 3.3% in the second quarter. The y-o-y decline of GDP in real terms narrowed from 3.8% in the second quarter to 2.4% in the third quarter.
2009年9月份對外商品貿易貨量及價格統計
根據政府統計處公佈資料顯示，2009年9月與2008年9月比較，商品整體出口貨量下跌7.2%, 商品進口貨量錄得0.6%的跌幅。而商品整體出口價格按年上升0.1%，商品進口價格則下跌0.9%。
Volume and Price Statistics of External Merchandise Trade in September 2009
According to the Census and Statistics Department, in September 2009, the volume of total exports of goods decreased by 7.2% from September 2008. The volume of imports of goods decreased by 0.6% y-o-y. The prices of total exports of goods increased by 0.1% y-o-y, while the prices of imports of goods dropped 0.9% y-o-y.
資本投資者入境計劃數據
根據政府公佈資料顯示，自2003年10月「資本投資者入境計劃」推出以來, 截至本年9月，共有5,182名計劃主申請人。計劃至今共帶來超過港幣366億的投資，在六項獲許投資資產類別中，房地產佔港幣103億元。
Capital Investment Entrant Scheme statistics
According to the latest figures released by the government, as of the end of September this year, 5,182 applicants were approved entry to Hong Kong under the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme since its launch in October 2003. The scheme has brought in over HK$36.6 billion, and among the six types of permissible investment assets, HK$10.3 billion went to real estate.

Retail stores on the entire first floor and part of the second floor of CKE Shopping Mall, located at 36-44 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, have been put up for sale. The property has a GFA of about 38,184 sf with an asking price of HK$780 million.

10月出口總值創新高
財政部發布最新進出口貿易統計，10月出口總值為198.2億美元，為近1年來新高，較上月增加3.9％；若與上年同月比較，則減少4.7％，但已是去年10月以來的最低減幅。10月進口總值165.8億美元，為近1年來次高，較上年同月減少6.7％；10月出、進口相抵，貿易出超達32.4億美元。出口貨品方面，前十大貨品與去年同月比較，光學器材連續第2個月正成長（19.4％），電子產品、化學品、資訊與通信產品亦創下1年多來首度正成長。
Exports hit new high in October
According to statistics released by the Ministry of Finance, Taiwan's exports expanded to US$19.82 billion in October, up by 3.9% from September. When compared to the same period in 2008, total exports this October still posted a decline of 4.7%, although this was the smallest decline since October 2008. In October, imports fell 6.7% y-o-y to US$16.58 billion, leading to a favourable trade balance of US$3.24 billion. With respect to major export commodities, optical and photographic instruments rose 19.4% y-o-y in trade value in October, marking the second consecutive month of increase while electronic products, chemicals, and information and communication products all recorded their first-ever growth over the past year.

富邦建設新台幣21.2億標下台中土地
富邦建設日前以新台幣21.2億元（6,560萬美元）、每坪77萬元（每平方米7,205美元）的價格，標下台灣人壽位於台中市西區、鄰近美術館的2,755坪（9,108平方米）土地；成交價較低標高出10%，並創下美術館特區新高價。此次將是富邦建設首度進軍台中房地產市場推案。據報導，富邦建設將發展住宅項目。
Fubon acquires land in Taichung for NT$2.12 billion
Fubon Land Development bought a 2,755-ping (9,108-sm) parcel of land in Taichung City from Taiwan Life Insurance for NT$2.12 billion (US$65.6 million). The transaction price is 10% higher than the floor price, translating into a capital value of NT$770,000 per ping (US$7,205 psm) and breaking records for raw land in the area adjacent to the Museum of Fine Arts. Fubon Land Development reportedly plans to build a residential project here, signifying the developer's first presence in Taichung.

貿促局與台貿協簽訂協議
澳門貿易投資促進局（貿促局）組織工商界代表團於11月1日至4日期間赴台灣考察訪問，是次乃是澳門經貿部門首次聯同工商界代表到台灣。期間, 澳門貿促局與台外貿協會(台貿)簽署合作協議，為促進雙邊經貿合作。
IPIM and TAITRA sign co-operation agreements
The first visit from a delegation of the Macau Commercial and Manufacturing Mission to Taiwan occurred from 1-4 November, organised by the Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM). During the visit, a co-operation pact was signed between IPIM and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) to boost co-operation between the two parties.

據統計暨普查局2008年服務業調查顯示，2008年經營不動產管理業的場所有165間；在職員工共4,928人，較2007年上升5.1%。行業的總收益及總支出分別為8.52億澳門元及6.4億澳門元，按年升幅為10.8%及7.6%。
Real Estate Management statistics for 2008
According to the Service Sector Survey 2008 released by the Statistics and Census Service, in 2008, there were 165 establishments in the Real Estate Management sector, engaging a total of 4,928 persons (+5.1% y-o-y). Total Receipts and Expenditure respectively amounted to MOP 852 million and MOP 640 million, increases of 10.8% and 7.6% y-o-y.

澳門銀河2011年首季開幕
銀河娛樂集團宣佈位於路氹的「澳門銀河」項目將於2011年第一季開幕；整個項目耗資約141 億港元。該綜合渡假項目，總面積約550,000平方米，將提供2,200間酒店房間, 並將由三家酒店品牌組成，包括銀河酒店、悅榕庄，以及日本大倉酒店。
Galaxy Macau resort to open in the first quarter of 2011
Galaxy Entertainment Group announced that the Galaxy Macau resort in Cotai will open in the first quarter of 2011; the project has an estimated budget of HK$14.1 billion. The integrated resort project will have a total area of approximately 550,000 sm, providing 2,200 hotel rooms, and will comprise three hotel brands including Galaxy Hotel, Banyan Tree and the Japanese Okura Hotel.
