一.2009年第二季本地生產總值及2009年本地生產總值最新預測

政府統計處資料顯示,2009年第二季度的本地生產總值初步數字,經季節性調整與對上季度比較,實質本地生產總值在連跌四個季度後,於第二季回升3.3%。本地生產總值的實質按年跌幅,亦由第一季的7.8%大幅收窄至第二季的3.8%。私人消費開支在2009年第二季較上年同期實質輕微收縮1%,較第一季6%的跌幅明顯放緩。政府亦表示今年全年的實質本地生產總值,估計將收縮3.5 - 4.5%,幅度小於5月時所預測的收縮5.5 - 6.5%。

 

GDP statistics for the second quarter of 2009 and latest GDP forecasts for 2009  

According to the Census and Statistics Department, the preliminary figures on Hong Kong's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the second quarter of 2009, on a seasonally adjusted q-o-q comparison, indicate that real GDP resumed growth at 3.3% in the second quarter, after contracting for four consecutive quarters. The y-o-y decline of GDP in real terms also narrowed significantly from 7.8% in the first quarter to 3.8% in the second quarter. Private consumption expenditure contracted slightly by 1% in real terms in the second quarter of 2009 from a year earlier, moderating notably from the 6% decline in the first quarter. The Government has also revised its annual forecast for the economy, anticipating a contraction of 3.5% to 4.5%, up from the forecast decline of 5.5% to 6.5% in May.

 

二.2009年7月份消費物價指數

政府統計處資料顯示,20097月份整體消費物價與一年前同月比較,下跌1.5%。剔除所有政府一次性紓困措施的影響,綜合消費物價指數20097月份的按年變動率為-0.3%,較六月份的+0.4%為低,主要是由於食品價格跌幅擴大及私人房屋租金升幅收窄。在各類消費項目中,電力、燃氣及水在7月份的綜合消費物價指數較一年前同期大幅下跌42.3%,主因是政府提供電費補貼。另一方面,價格在7月份錄得較大的按年升幅類別為煙酒, 上升22.8%

 

Consumer price indices for July 2009

The Census and Statistics Department reported that the Composite CPI (Consumer Price Index) prices fell by 1.5% in July 2009 compared with the same month a year earlier. Netting out the effects of the government's one-off relief measures, the Composite CPI registered a y-o-y rate of change at -0.3% in July 2009, lower than that in June (+0.4%) 2009, mainly due to a greater decrease in food prices and smaller increase in private housing. Amongst the various CPI components, a large y-o-y decline of 42.3% was recorded in July 2009 for electricity, gas and water, largely as a result of the Government's electricity charge subsidy. On the other hand, a relatively large y-o-y price increase of 22.8% was recorded in July 2009 for alcoholic drinks and tobacco.

 

三.2009年5 - 7月香港失業統計數字

根據政府統計處公佈資料顯示,20095月至7月經季節性調整的失業率為5.4%,與20094月至6月的數字相同。同期間,就業不足率由2.3%微升至2.4%。失業人數(不經季節性調整)由20094月至6月的203,000人,上升至20095月至7月的 213,800人,約增加 10,800人。

 

Hong Kong unemployment statistics from May to July 2009

According to the Census and Statistics Department, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate stood at 5.4% in May – July 2009, the same as that in April – June 2009. Meanwhile, the underemployment rate increased slightly from 2.3% to 2.4% over the same period. The number of unemployed persons (not seasonally adjusted) increased by around 10,800, from 203,000 in April – June 2009 to 213,800 in May – July 2009.

 

四.2009年7月勾地申請情況

據地政總署資料顯示,今年7月錄得3宗未獲批准的勾地申請個案,打破自今年3月以來,連續4個月沒有勾地申請的局面。

 

Land sale applications for July 2009

According to the Lands Department, there were three unsuccessful applications for land sale in July 2009, breaking the record of zero applications in the four months since March 2009.

 

五.逾六萬港人落戶深圳

規劃署公布,與深圳市統計局去年合作開展的「香港人在深圳居住狀況調查」結果顯示,約有61,900名香港人,共40,700戶在深圳居住。在深圳居住的香港人共有28,100名屬就業人士,10,800名退休人士,在香港及深圳工作的就業人士,分別佔67%及29%。80%人居於福田、羅湖和龍崗3個地區。選擇在深圳居住原因,主要是與父母、配偶、子女團聚,其他原因包括深圳生活指數較低、工作或上學地點在深圳,以及該處生活環境較佳。

 

Over 60,000 Hong Kong citizens live in Shenzhen

According to the 'Survey of Hong Kong People Living in Shenzhen 2008', a study conducted by the Planning Department and the Shenzhen Municipal Government Statistics Bureau last year, about 61,900 Hong Kong people are currently living in Shenzhen, forming 40,700 households. Among those surveyed, 28,100 are employed and 10,800 are retired. About 67% of the employed people work in Hong Kong and 29% work in Shenzhen. 80% live in Futian, Lo Wu and Longgang. The most common reason cited for living across the border was to be reunited with family. Other reasons included Shenzhen's lower cost of living, work or study, and a better living environment.

 

六.粵港雙方簽署8項合作協議

粵港政府雙方剛簽署8項合作協議,內容涉及金融合作、基礎建設、教育、醫療科技、環保及知識產權等。其中包括, 在粵港合作和港深合作的框架下,探討在前海推進現代服務業發展。兩地也會推動港深機場之間的軌道連接早日達成共識,並在深圳前海設立口岸,便利兩地人流物流。 雙方政府確認粵港合作未來的重點,是優化第二產業,加快第三產業發展,以推動兩地以及國家的經濟發展。

 

Guangdong and Hong Kong signed eight co-operation agreements  

Guangdong and Hong Kong have signed eight co-operation agreements. The pacts cover aspects of finance; infrastructure; education; medicine; environmental protection; and intellectual property. The signed agreements also include studying the promotion and development of modern service industry in Qianhai, Shenzhen. The two sides will actively liaise for a consensus on the rail link between the Hong Kong and Shenzhen airports, and on establishing a checkpoint at Qianhai to facilitate people flow and logistics. Hong Kong-Guangdong co-operation will emphasise enhancing the secondary sector of the economy and accelerating the development of the tertiary sector, to promote further economic development of the two places, and even the country.

 

七.信和置業5.8億購灣仔輝盛閣服務宅 

據報導,信和置業剛斥資約港幣5.8億向漢威資本購入由輝盛國際管理的輝盛閣國際公寓全幢。該物業坐落於灣仔莊士敦道7480號,樓高23, 提供共87間酒店式服務式住宅單位。

 

Sino Land acquires Wanchai serviced apartment block  

Sino Land had reportedly acquired Fraser Suites, a serviced apartment project operated by Frasers Hospitality, from Harvest Capital for about HK$580 million. Located at 74-80 Johnston Road, Fraser Suites comprises 87 apartments, with 23 floors.

 

八.長實4.5億購銅鑼灣電氣道全幢住宅

據報導,長實剛以約港幣4.5億元,購入銅鑼灣電氣道133139號全幢住宅。該物業佔地約7,780平方呎, 現時物業總樓面約80,000平方呎。

 

Cheung Kong acquires Electric Road block for HK$450 million 

An old apartment block located on 133-139 Electric Road in Causeway Bay has been reportedly acquired en bloc by Cheung Kong for HK$450 million. The total land area of the property is about 7,780 sf and the total GFA is about 80,000 sf.

恒基地產旗下, 位於油塘嘉賢居住宅項目, 剛公推出首批 20個單位港幣呎價由4,6005,850。該項目共提供185個住宅單位

 

The Spectacle launches first 20 units

Henderson Land announced that the first batch of 20 units at its residential project The Spectacle in Yau Tong will be launched, ranging from HK$4,600-5,850 psf in price. The project will offer a total of 185 residential units.
