2009年9月份零售業銷貨額統計數字
根據政府統計處公佈資料顯示,2009年9月零售業總銷貨價值的估計為港幣214億元,較上年同月上升2.4%,零售業總銷貨數量較上年同月上升1%。該月燃料的銷貨數量升幅最大,按年上升11.6%。另一方面,汽車及汽車零件的銷貨數量跌幅最大,按年下跌7.8%。
Retail sales for September 2009
According to the Census and Statistics Department, total retail sales in September 2009, estimated at HK$21.4 billion, increased by 2.4% in value and 1% in volume when compared with a year earlier. The volume of sales of fuels increased the most, rising 11.6% y-o-y in September. On the other hand, the volume of sales of motor vehicles and parts decreased the most, dropping 7.8% y-o-y.

Pre-sale consent statistics for October 2009
The Lands Department announced that it had issued one pre-sale consent for residential units and one for commercial units in October. The pre-sale consent for residential units involved 96 residential units in Wai Chai, which are estimated to be completed in April 2010.

Land Registry statistics for October 2009
According to the Land Registry, the number of sale and purchase agreements for all building units received for registration in October was 11,112 (-23% m-o-m but +83.5% y-o-y). The total consideration of sale & purchase agreements in October was HK$45.5 billion (-32.2% m-o-m but +140% y-o-y). Among the sale & purchase agreements, 9,300 were for residential units (-24.3% m-o-m but +97.1% y-o-y). The total consideration for these sale & purchase agreements amounted to HK$36.3 billion (-35.3% m-o-m but +123.2% y-o-y).

Lai Sun Development announced that Bushell Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, purchased the property situated at Nos. 335-339 Tai Hang Road for a consideration of HK$358 million. The property covers an area of approximately 13,800 sf, which the company intends to develop into a residential scheme.

Henderson Land reportedly plans to team up with Kwai Hung Realty to redevelop four old blocks on On Lan Street, Central. The site covers a total area of about 4,000 sf and is for commercial use.

Chinachem plans to redevelop office buildings
Chinachem Group revealed that it plans to redevelop its Wing On Life Building in Central into a 20-storey Grade A office building with a total GFA of over 80,000 sf. The project is expected to be completed in 2013. The group also plans to redevelop a number of office buildings, including Wing On Central Building in Central and Asian House in Wan Chai.

直銷商寶健(中國)日用品有限公司招待近一萬名員工來台旅遊,從2009年10月30日起分七個梯次、共21團抵台,最後一團將在11月24日離開。在六天的行程中,寶健團員將造訪台灣北部及中部知名景點,包括101、日月潭、鹿港及溪頭,並入住多家台北、台中的四、五星級飯店。初步估計,寶健萬人團可為台灣帶來新台幣6億元(1,850萬美元)的商機。
Pro-Health Group selects Taiwan as tourist destination
Pro-Health Group, one of China's direct marketing companies, has selected Taiwan as its incentive tourist destination for outstanding employees. Nearly 10,000 employees will arrive in seven batches, a total of 21 groups, between 30 October and 24 November 2009. During their six-day tour, Pro-Health employees will visit major tourist attractions in central and northern Taiwan, including Taipei 101, Sun Moon Lake, Lukang Town and Sitou, and will stay in various four- and five-star hotels in Taipei and Taichung. The incentive tour is expected to bring an estimated NT$600 million (US$18.5 million) in revenue to Taiwan.

興富發砸18.7億買北市土地
興富發建設近日以逾新台幣18.7億元(5,750萬美元),向捷泰精密工業買下位於台北市松江路的宜進大樓。捷泰精密於2007年中以新台幣15.6億元(4,700萬美元)買下宜進大樓。宜進大樓土地面積近439坪(1,450平方米),建物面積約3,020坪(9,983平方米),為地上12層之辦公大樓。興富發初步計畫將該大樓拆除重建,以推出住宅大樓產品。今年第三季以來,興富發累計已投入約新台幣92.9億元(2.86億美元),買進位於台北、桃園、台中的土地。
Highwealth Construction buys property for NT$1.87 billion
Highwealth Construction recently bought the Yi Jinn Enterprise Building from Jye Tai Precision Industrial Co for nearly NT$1.87 billion (US$57.5 million). Jye Tai Precision Industrial Co acquired the Yi Jinn Enterprise Building in mid-2007 for NT$1.56 billion (US$47 million). The property, a 12-storey office building located in Taipei City, covers a land area of 439 ping (1,450 sm) and provides a total GFA of 3,020 ping (9,983 sm). The buyer plans to demolish the existing commercial property and build a residential building. Highwealth Construction has spent a total of approximately NT$9.29 billion (US$286 million) on land acquisitions in Taipei, Taoyuan and Taichung since the third quarter of 2009.

澳門國際機場2009年第三季度航空運輸統計
澳門國際機場公佈, 第三季度的首兩個月,澳門國際機場的客運量有所改善,但由於8月31日起,兩岸直航航班數目大幅增加,對澳門與海峽兩岸間的客運量帶來一些影響。9月份,澳門國際機場的客運量317,226人次、貨運量5,311噸,比去年同期分別下跌16.5%和25.8%。與去年同季度相比:客運量和貨運量分別由第一季的-22.8%、-66.8%收窄至第三季度的-13.9%和-38.7%。
Macau International Airport traffic for the third quarter of 2009
Macau International Airport (MIA) announced that the increase in traffic in the first two months of the third quarter was countered by the decrease in Macau traffic between the Mainland and Taiwan caused by the new direct cross-strait flights started on 31 August, impacting the final numbers for September. Passenger throughput at MIA reached 317,226 passengers in September 2009, 16.5% less than the same period of 2008. Cargo throughput also dropped 25.8% y-o-y to 5,311 tons. Comparing y-o-y movements on a quarterly basis, declines in passenger volume and cargo volume have reduced from -22.8% and -66.8% in the first quarter to -13.9% and -38.7% in the third quarter.
