| GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Economic Statistics 2010年11月份消費物價指數 政府統計處公布，2010年11月份整體消費物價與一年前同月比較，上升2.9%，較2010年10月份（2.6%）升幅為大。價格在11月份錄得最大按年升幅的類別為電力、燃氣及水(16.4%)，主要是由於部分住戶已用完政府所提供的一次性電費補貼。 Consumer Price Indices for November 2010 The Census and Statistics Department announced that overall consumer prices rose by 2.9% in November 2010 over the same month a year earlier, larger than the corresponding increase (2.6%) in October 2010. The largest y-o-y increase in prices was recorded for electricity, gas and water (16.4%), mainly because some households had used up the full amount of the government's one-off electricity charge subsidy. Property Markets and Transactions 一手住宅樓盤銷售情況 據報, 新鴻基地產將廷遲推出旗下位於元朗的「泉薈」及屯門「星堤」。該兩住宅項目原計劃今年年底開售。兩個項目分別提供173及459伙。 Primary residential sales Sun Hung Kai Properties reportedly plans to postpone the launch of its two residential developments, Park Nara in Yuen Long and Avignon in Tuen Mun. | GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Cross-Strait Relationships 第六次江陳會簽署醫藥協議 第六次江陳會談於12月21日在台北舉行，會中雙方完成「醫藥衛生合作協議」簽署，未來將就傳染病防治、醫藥品安全管理及研發、中醫藥研究與交流及中藥材安全管理以及緊急救治等領域進行交流。此外，自2011年1月1日起，大陸旅客來台每日配額由現行的每日平均3,000人次，提高為4,000人次。雙方並針對下次會談之協商議題達成共識，其中「兩岸投資保障協議」將列為第七次會談的重點推動議題，同時，後續包括爭端解決、貨品貿易及服務貿易等議題，兩會也將儘速展開協商。 Cross-strait medical agreement inked during 6th round of talks Taipei and Beijing signed a medical and health care cooperation agreement during the sixth round of cross-strait talks held on 21 December in Taipei City. The pact covers topics regarding the prevention of infectious diseases; the management and development of drug safety; the study of Chinese medicine and its safety management; and emergency rescue operations. In addition, the two sides agreed to raise the daily quota for mainland Chinese visitors from 3,000 to 4,000, effective from 1 January 2011. The two sides also reached a consensus that the next round of talks will centre on a cross-strait investment protection agreement, and that negotiations on dispute settlement and further liberalisation of trade and services should begin as soon as possible. Economic Statistics 11月失業率降至4.73% 據主計處公布最新數據，台灣11月份失業率為4.73%，較上月下降0.19個百分點。今年11月失業總人數為52萬7千人，較上月減少1萬9千人，其中因工作場所業務緊縮或歇業而失業者減少9千人，初次尋職失業者則減少8千人。與去年同月相比，11月份失業人數總計減少11萬8千人，失業率下降1.13個百分點。 Unemployment falls to 4.73% in November Taiwan's jobless rate dropped to 4.73% in November 2010, decreasing by 19 basis points from the previous month, according to the directorate-general of budget, accounting and statistics (DGBAS). A total of 527,000 people were out of work this November, down by 19,000 from October 2010. Compared to last month, the number of unemployed people due to downsizing or business closure decreased by 9,000 in November 2010, while that for first-time job seekers fell by 8,000. When compared with the same period in 2009, the number of jobless people decreased by 118,000 this November, thus leading to a y-o-y drop of 1.13% in the island's unemployment rate. Property Markets and Transactions 富邦人壽逾新台幣21億元買台中辦公大樓 富邦人壽日前公告，以近新台幣21.7億元（7,100萬美元），向豐邑建設買進位於台中市七期重劃區，甫於今年完工的市政都心廣場部份樓層；其購入之建物面積共6,389坪（21,121平方米），土地面積約375坪（1,241平方米）。 Fubon Life buys office property in Taichung for over NT$2 billion Fubon Life Insurance recently purchased several floors of the City Central Plaza from Fong-Yi Group for nearly NT$2.17 billion (US$71 million). Launched in 2010, the office building is located in the 7th Redevelopment Zone in Taichung City. The property acquired by the insurer has a total floor area of 6,389 ping (21,121 sm) and a land area of 375 ping (1,241 sm). 國建買進台中及高雄土地 國泰建設近日分別以新台幣近13.4億元（4,370萬美元），及新台幣9.51億元（3,110萬美元），向自然人取得兩筆位於台中市的土地；前者土地面積約517坪（1,708平方米），後者面積共計534坪（1,765平方米）。此外，國建稍早亦以新台幣8.03億元（2,620萬美元），買進位於高雄市土地，面積約893坪（2,951平方米）。 Cathay Real Estate obtains land in Taichung and Kaohsiung Cathay Real Estate Development acquired two pieces of land in Taichung City for nearly NT$1.34 billion (US$43.7 million) and NT$951 million (US$31.1 million) from private sellers, respectively. The former covers a land area of 517 ping (1,708 sm) while the latter amounts to 534 ping (1,765 sm). Cathay also purchased an 893-ping (2,951 sm) plot of land in Kaohsiung City for NT$803 million (US$26.2 million) earlier this week. 台茂購物中心重新開幕 位於桃園縣蘆竹鄉的台茂購物中心，在歷經近2年的改裝翻修後，於今年12月18日重新開幕。新加坡政府產業投資公司（GIC RE）於2008年10月入主台茂購物中心，共斥資新台幣約15億元（4,900萬美元）進行改裝。該購物中心總樓地板面積（不含車位）約28,500坪（94,215平方米），目前共計有300餘家專櫃品牌進駐。 TaiMall Shopping Centre reopens After nearly 2 years of refurbishment, the TaiMall Shopping Centre opened its doors to the public on 18 December 2010. GIC Real Estate obtained 100% of the shares in the shopping centre in October 2008 and had invested approximately NT$1.5 billion (US$49 million) in renovating the retail complex. TaiMall Shopping Centre is located in the Luzhu Township of Taoyuan County and has a total GFA (excluding parking) of 28,500 ping (94,215 sm). At present, more than 300 vendors are set up in the shopping centre. | |

| GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Economic Statistics 2010年第三季本地生產總值 統計暨普查局公佈，受惠於旅遊博彩業表現持續理想，2010年第3季本地生產總值實質同比增長為27.1%。其中，博彩服務出口同比上升45.4%。 Gross Domestic Product for the third quarter 2010 The Statistics and Census Service announced that in the third quarter of 2010, the economy of Macau expanded by 27.1% y-o-y in real terms, which was spurred by favourable performance of the tourism and gaming sector. Exports of gaming services soared by 45.4% y-o-y. 2010年11月消費物價指數 統計暨普查局資料顯示，11月綜合消費物價指數（105.6）按年上升3.9%，升幅主要由食物及非酒精飲品、雜項商品及服務和交通所帶動。 Consumer Price Index for November 2010 Information from the Statistics and Census Service indicated that the Composite CPI (105.6) for November 2010 increased by 3.9% y-o-y, attributable to price increases in food and non-alcoholic beverages; miscellaneous goods and services; and transport. | |
