2010810月失業統計數字
根據政府統計處的最新統計數字,2010810月經季節性調整的失業率為4.2%,與201079月的數字相同。就業不足率在該兩段期間亦同時保持不變,維持在1.9%的水平。

Unemployment statistics for August - October 2010
According to the latest statistics released by the Census and Statistics Department, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate stood at 4.2% in the period from August - October 2010, the same as that in July - September 2010. The underemployment rate also remained unchanged at 1.9% in both periods.

Swire Properties
will put 78 units of AZURA, its residential development at 2A Seymour Road, Mid-Levels West, up for sale on 20 November at about HK$22,000 psf. Unit prices start from around HK$30 million. The development comprises 126 units with typical units ranging from 1,665 sf to 2,078 sf in size.

太古地產售電訊盈科中心50%權益
太古地產宣佈完成出售旗下港島東太古坊物業, 電訊盈科中心之50%權益予高富諾集團。太古地產將繼續持有該辦公樓餘下之50%權益,物業總值為港幣43.88億元。

Swire Properties sells 50% stake in PCCW Tower
Swire Properties announced that it has completed the sale of a 50% stake in PCCW Tower at TaiKoo Place, Island East, to Grosvenor. Swire Properties will retain a 50% interest in the office tower, which has been valued at HK$4.388 billion.

3季台灣經濟成長率9.8%
行政院主計處公布最新數據,台灣今年第3季初步統計經濟成長率(yoy)達98%,為2008年金融危機以來連續4季正成長。

Taiwan's economy grows 9.8% y-o-y in Q3 2010
According to the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS), Taiwan's economy grew 9.8% y-o-y over the third quarter of 2010, which marks the fourth consecutive quarter of positive GDP growth following on the financial crisis in late 2008.

寒舍二度搶進信義計畫區
隸屬寒舍集團的寒舍國際酒店近日與富邦人壽簽訂租賃契約,承租由富邦人壽興建,位於台北市信義計畫區A10土地的大樓,預計進駐並提供250間客房。富邦人壽於2008年以近新台幣37億元(1.2億美元)向政府購買取得信義區A10土地50年地上權,基地面積達1,927坪(6,373平方米),規劃興建旅館暨商場複合式大樓,預定於2013年完工。

New hotel to be built in Xinyi Area
My Humble House International Hotel, owned by My Humble House Group, recently signed a lease agreement with Fubon Life Insurance to open a new hotel with a total of 250 guest rooms in Xinyi Planned Area of Taipei City. The hotel is slated to be located on the A10 lot owned by Fubon Life Insurance, which acquired the 50-year superficies of the site from the government in 2008 for approximately NT$3.7 billion (US$120 million). A mixed-use hotel and retail project is planned to be developed on the 1,927-ping (6,373 sm) site, and is scheduled to launch in 2013.

台北商辦近新台幣2.84億元標出
台灣金融資產服務公司日前公開拍賣世界通商金融中心第5樓層,底價約新台幣2.02億元(659萬美元),最後以約新台幣2.84億元(924萬美元)成功標出。該標的位於台北市南京東路商圈,鄰近捷運站出口,建物面積(含停車位)約571坪(1,887平方米),土地面積為56坪(186平方米)。

TFAS auctions off office property for nearly NT$284 million
The 5th floor of the World Trade Commercial Finance Building was successfully auctioned off to private investors at a public auction held by Taiwan Financial Asset Service Corporation. Given a reserve price set at NT$202 million (US$6.59 million), the final deal price reached approximately NT$284 million (US$9.24 million). The property transacted has a total GFA (including parking space) of 571 ping (1,887 sm) and a land area of 56 ping (186 sm). The World Trade Commercial Finance Building is located in the Nanjing East Road area, a major office district in Taipei, and close to an MRT station.

統計暨普查局資料顯示,今年9月隨團來澳旅客為372,196人次,按年增加3%。來自中國大陸(224,460人次)團客較去年同期減少7%。今年首三季隨團入境旅客總數為4,373,906人次,按年增加33.2%。今年9月酒店的平均入住率為74.7%

Package tours and hotel occupancy rate for September 2010
Statistics and Census Service data indicate that visitor arrivals in package tours increased by 3% y-o-y to 372,196 in September 2010. In comparison with September 2009, the number of visitors from Mainland China (224,460) decreased by 7%. In the first three quarters of 2010, visitor arrivals in package tours increased by 33.2% y-o-y to 4,373,906. The average occupancy rate of hotels in September 2010 was 74.7%.

統計暨普查局資料顯示,2010年第3季旅客人均消費為1,648澳門元,較2009年同季上升2%。按旅客原居地統計,中國大陸旅客的消費最高,為2,530元。

Visitor Expenditure statistics for the third quarter 2010
According to the Statistics and Census Service, per-capita spending of visitors increased by 2% y-o-y to MOP 1,648 in the third quarter of 2010. Analysed by place of residence, per-capita spending of Mainland visitors was the highest, at MOP 2,530.

統計暨普查局資料顯示,今年第3季繳納物業轉移印花稅的樓宇單位共5,838個,成交金額合計105.7億澳門元,較第2季分別下跌31.9%37.1%。住宅單位有3,649個,金額為82.2億元澳門元,按季分別下跌32.1%40.4%

Private sector construction and real estate transactions in the third quarter of 2010
Information from the Statistics and Census Service based on Stamp Duty records indicated that a total of 5,838 building units were purchased and sold at MOP 10.57 billion in the third quarter of 2010, decreasing 31.9% in volume and 37.1% in value q-o-q. This included 3,649 residential units amounting to MOP 8.22 billion, down by 32.1% and 40.4% respectively q-o-q.
