| GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Property Statistics 2010年8月預售樓花同意書統計數字 地政總署截至2010年8月底，有待核准的住宅單位預售樓花同意書申請共有18份，共涉及8,401個單位。8月新申請預售樓盤為信和, 華置, 南豐及嘉華合作發展的西九龍海泓道, 欣翔道及友翔道項目, 涉共740伙。 Pre-sale consent statistics for August 2010 According to the Lands Department, 18 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units were pending approval as at the end of August 2010, involving a total of 8,401 units. The joint development of Sino Land, Chinese Estates, Nan Fung and K Wah, located at the junction of Hoi Wang Road, Yan Cheung Road and Yau Cheung Road in West Kowloon, was the only new application in August. The project involves 740 units. Infrastructure and Development 九龍塘地皮勾出拍賣 地政總署公布，九龍塘義德道3及5號私人住宅土地，以港幣11億元被勾出，10月12日公開拍賣。該幅地皮的地盤面積約30,225平方呎，最高樓面面積為90,676平方呎。 Kowloon Tong lot triggered for auction The Lands Department announced that a lot for private residential development located at 3 & 5 Ede Road in Kowloon Tong has been triggered for sale with a minimum guaranteed bid of HK$1.1 billion. The auction will be held on 12 October. The lot has a site area of 30,225 sf and a maximum GFA of 90,676 sf. Property Markets and Transactions 一手住宅樓盤銷售情況 長江實業短期內推售旗下馬鞍山住宅項目「天宇海」，單位面積約880至1,200平方呎，意向呎價約港幣10,000元。項目共提供1,143伙。 Primary residential sales Cheung Kong plans to launch its residential project Oceanaire in Ma On Shan very soon. The units have a GFA ranging from about 880 sf to 1,200 sf, with an asking price of about HK$10,000 psf. The project will offer 1,143 units. 希慎將前興利中心命名為希慎廣場 希慎興業宣布旗下銅鑼灣前興利中心重建項目將命名為希慎廣場。該項目位處軒尼詩道500號，為一座40層多用途大樓，提供甲級寫字樓樓面及至少15層的零售商舖，樓面面積共710,000平方呎。項目的商舖預計於2012年第二季開幕。 Hysan renames former Hennessy Centre as Hysan Place Hysan Development announced that its Hennessy Centre redevelopment project in Causeway Bay is to be named Hysan Place. Located at 500 Hennessy Road, the project will comprise a 40-storey mixed-use tower providing Grade-A office space and at least 15 floors of retail space, totaling 710,000 sf GFA. | GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Economic Statistics 8月出口年成長266% 根據財政部公布最新進出口貿易統計，台灣8月出口總值為241億美元，較去年同月增加26.6%，為2008年金融危機以來次高。主要出口產品中，電子與機械產品表現亮眼，分別創下69億美元與16億美元的歷年單月新高。中國大陸與香港為台灣主要出口地區，8月對大陸及香港地區出口合計達98億美元，佔台灣出口總值40.7%。今年8月份進口總值218億美元，年增率28%；進、出口相抵，台灣8月貿易出超23億美元。 Taiwan's exports rise 26.6% y-o-y in August According to the Ministry of Finance, Taiwan's total exports in August 2010 increased 26.6% y-o-y to US$24.05 billion, the second highest export volume since the global financial crisis in 2008. The expansion in exports in August were largely attributable to the record high shipments in electronic products and machinery, which amounted to US$6.9 billion and US$1.6 billion, respectively. Mainland China and Hong Kong remained Taiwan's top export market with combined exports totaling US$9.8 billion in August, accounting for 40.7% of total exports. Over the same period, Taiwan's imports grew 28% y-o-y to US$21.8 billion, leading to a trade surplus of US$2.3 billion in August. Property Markets and Transactions 上海錦江集團來台尋找合作夥伴 上海錦江國際酒店（集團）有意進軍台灣旅館市場，日前委託世邦魏理仕台灣分公司為其尋找在台合作夥伴。錦江集團為中國大陸主要酒店服務供應商之一，計畫來台開設規模在300間客房以上的國際觀光旅館，地點以台北市中心商業區為首選；世邦魏理仕將協助促成錦江集團與台灣不動產開發商及旅館業者的合作。此外，錦江集團亦向有興趣的台灣投資人提供合作機會，由雙方共同經營一位於上海市靜安區的酒店。據觀光局最新資料顯示，截至2013年止總計將有新台幣813億元（25億美元）投入台灣觀光旅館業，在全台興建共44家觀光旅館。 Shanghai Jin Jiang Group seeks Taiwanese partner Looking to tap into Taiwan's hotel market, Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) has assigned CB Richard Ellis Taiwan to identify investment opportunities in partnership with Taiwanese investors. A major hotel operator in mainland China, Jin Jiang Group expects to develop an international tourist hotel with over 300 rooms in Taipei's central business district. CB Richard Ellis will assist Jin Jiang Group in finding Taiwanese partners including real estate developers and hotel operators. Jin Jiang Group is also offering an opportunity for Taiwanese investors to jointly operate a hotel located in Jingan District, Shanghai. According to the latest data released by the Tourism Bureau, a total investment amount of NT$81.3 billion (US$2.5 billion) will be injected into the hospitality sector over the next three years to establish 44 new tourist hotels throughout the island. | |

| GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Economic Statistics 2010年第2季本地生產總值 統計暨普查局現公佈，2010年第2季本地生產總值錄得49.1%的實質同比增長，較第1季的31.4%實質增長為高；2010年上半年的實質增長率為40.2%。第2季博彩旅遊業表現持續理想，其中博彩毛收入較去年同季名義上升76.5%，旅客消費總額（不包括博彩消費）也同比上升30.9%。 Gross Domestic Product for the second quarter of 2010 The Statistics and Census Service announced that GDP for the second quarter of 2010 expanded by 49.1% y-o-y in real terms, significantly higher than the 31.4% y-o-y growth experienced in the first quarter. For the first half year of 2010, GDP grew by 40.2% y-o-y in real terms. Growth in the gaming and tourism sector surged in the second quarter of 2010, with gross gaming revenue soaring by 76.5% y-o-y in nominal terms, and total visitor spending (excluding gaming expenses) rising by 30.9% y-o-y. | |
