| GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Economic Statistics 2010年10月份的零售業銷貨額統計數字 政府統計處公布，10月零售業總銷貨價值按年升21.6％，至港幣278億元；總銷貨數量按年升19.6％。月內銷貨量錄得最大升幅的類別為雜項耐用消費品（按年升88.5％）。零售業銷售在10月份繼續增長，大額消費項目及非必需消費品的銷售持續強勁，反映消費意欲維持堅挺和旅客消費暢旺。 Retail sales statistics for October 2010 The Census and Statistics Department estimated the value of total retail sales in October 2010 at HK$27.8 billion, representing increases of 21.6% in value and 19.6% in volume over a year earlier. The volume of miscellaneous consumer durable goods increased the most, up 88.5% y-o-y. Retail sales grew briskly in October. Sustained robust sales of big-ticket items and consumer discretionary goods are reflective of the firm consumer sentiment as well as vibrant tourist spending. 2010年10月訪港旅客數字 香港旅遊發展局公佈，今年10月訪港旅客共326萬人次，按年增長18％。該月內地訪港旅客的增幅較去年同期增逾兩成，約204萬人次。今年首10個月，訪港旅客達2,943萬人次，較去年同期增23％; 而內地訪港旅客人次累計約1,853萬人次。 Visitor arrivals to Hong Kong in October 2010 The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that visitor arrivals to Hong Kong in October 2010 rose to 3.26 million, an increase of 18% y-o-y. Mainland arrivals went up by 23% compared to last year. In the first 10 months of the year, total visitor arrivals grew 23% to 29.43 million y-o-y, including 18.53 million Mainlanders. Property Statistics 11月份土地註冊處統計數字 土地註冊處公布，11月份所有種類樓宇買賣合約共15,967份，按月升31.5％，按年則升42.7％。月內樓宇買賣合約總值740億元，按月升30.2％，按年亦升54.5％。該月住宅樓宇買賣合約13,189份，按月升38.1％，按年則升43.2％；合約總值按月升30.9％，至588億元；按年升幅54.2％。 Land Registry statistics for November The Land Registry announced that there were 15,967 sale and purchase agreements for all building units received for registration in November, up 31.5% m-o-m and 42.7% y-o-y. The total consideration of sale and purchase agreements in the month was HK$74 billion, up 30.2% m-o-m and 54.5% y-o-y. Among the sale and purchase agreements, 13,189 were for residential units, up 38.1% m-o-m and 43.2% y-o-y. The total consideration for sale and purchase agreements in respect of residential units was HK$58.8 billion, up 30.9% m-o-m and 54.2% y-o-y. 2010年10月住宅按揭統計 香港金融管理局公布，10月份新取用按揭貸款額按月減少26.1％，至港幣251億元；新批貸款跌2.2％，至港幣308億元。新申請貸款宗數增加16％，至20,363宗。 Residential mortgage statistics for October 2010 According to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the value of new mortgage loans drawn down during October dropped by 26.1% m-o-m to HK$25.1 billion. New loans approved declined by 2.2% m-o-m to HK$30.8 billion. The number of new applications grew 16.0% m-o-m to 20,363. | GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Economic Statistics 11月消費者信心指數持續上升 中央大學台灣經濟發展研究中心公布最新調查結果，台灣11月消費者信心指數總數為81.66點，與10月相比上升1.47點，連續6個月上升，創下6年多來新高。11月份調查顯示，「未來半年就業機會」與「未來半年台灣經濟景氣」兩項構成指標皆為歷年來調查新高。 Consumer confidence continues to rise in November Taiwan's consumer confidence index (CCI) rose 1.47 points m-o-m to 81.66 points in November 2010, marking a six-year high, according to the Research Center for Taiwan Economic Development, National Central University. The CCI has been on an upward trend for six consecutive months. The November survey showed that the two sub-indicators – "confidence in the job market in the next six months" and "confidence in Taiwan's economy over the next six months" – both reached record highs since the survey began in 2001. Property Markets and Transactions 大陸建設逾新台幣50億元買亞洲信託大樓 大陸建設日前斥資新台幣約50.6億元（1.64億美元），向台灣人壽保險買進亞洲信託大樓。該辦公大樓位於北市南京松江商圈，佔地518坪（1,712平方米），建物面積共6,242坪（20,635平方米），於2008年由台灣人壽保險以新台幣30.3億元（9,840萬美元）買下。亞信大樓緊鄰新開通之捷運松江南京站，惟屋齡已逾30年，大陸建設主要著眼於其未來開發潛力。 Continental Development buys office asset for over NT$5 billion Continental Development recently purchased an office property, the Asia Trust Building, en bloc from Taiwan Life Insurance for roughly NT$5.06 billion (US$164 million). Taiwan Life Insurance had obtained the property in 2008 for NT$3.03 billion (US$98.4 million). Located in the Nanjing-Songjiang office district in Taipei City, the property sits on a 518-ping (1,712 sm) plot of land and has a total GFA of 6,242 ping (20,635 sm). Completed in 2010, the property is situated in the Xinyi-Jilong area, providing 548 ping (1,812 sm) of office space. 興富發新台幣21.3億元買台中市土地 興富發建設近日以新台幣逾21.3億元（6,930萬美元），購入位於台中市西屯區之1,641坪（5,425平方米）土地。 Highwealth acquires land in Taichung for NT$2.13 billion Highwealth Construction purchased a 1,641-ping (5,425 sm) plot of land for over NT$2.13 billion (US$69.3 million). | GDP  Exports  Unemployment Rate  Retail Sales  | Economic Statistics 2010年10月對外商品貿易統計 統計暨普查局資料顯示，今年10月本澳的貨物出口總值為5.7億澳門元，同比下跌3.2%。進口方面，10月份貨物進口總值為37.6億澳門元，同比上升17.5%。 External merchandise trade statistics for October 2010 Statistics and Census Service data indicated that the value of total merchandise exports for October 2010 decreased by 3.2% y-o-y to MOP 568 million. The value of total merchandise imports amounted to MOP 3.76 billion, up by 17.5% y-o-y. 2010年8至10月就業統計 統計暨普查局資料顯示，今年8至10月的失業率為2.9%，就業不足率為1.6%，均維持上一期（7至9月）的水平。 Employment statistics for August-October 2010 Information from the Statistics and Census Service indicated that the unemployment rate for August-October 2010 was 2.9% and the underemployment rate was 1.6%; both remained unchanged from the previous period (July-September 2010). Property Statistics 2010年第三季物業按揭貸款統計 澳門金融管理局今天發表的統計顯示，2010年第三季新批核的住宅按揭貸款較上季下跌 22.3% 至 66億澳門元。而新批核的商用物業貸款亦按季下跌 12.4%至 101億澳門元。 Mortgage loans statistics for the third quarter of 2010 According to the Monetary Authority of Macau, new approvals of residential mortgage loans decreased by 22.3% q-o-q to MOP 6.6 billion in the third quarter of 2010.
