2009年第四季港口貨物統計
政府統計處公布，去年第4季港口貨物吞吐量按年升5%，至6,470萬公噸。去年全年，本港港口貨物吞吐量按年跌6%，至2億4,300萬公噸。

Port cargo statistics for the fourth quarter of 2009
The Census and Statistics Department announced that total port cargo throughput increased by 5% over a year earlier to 64.7 million tonnes in the fourth quarter of 2009. For 2009 as a whole, total port cargo throughput decreased by 6% from a year earlier to 243 million tonnes.

新盤推售情況
據悉, 置地公司旗下大坑住宅項目上林累售約26伙，呎價介乎港幣13,000 - 30,000元。項目共提供270 個單位, 標準單位面積由1,000 - 1,600平方呎, 複式單位約2,600平方呎。
金朝陽旗下大坑住宅項目尚巒首推20 個單位，平均呎價約港幣15,000元。物業提供約 164 個住宅單位。標準單位面積約由 343 - 1,734 平方呎。項目預計2012年年中落成。
恒基旗下名家匯剛公布首批30伙的價單，平均呎價約港幣11,000元, 最快於3月12日晚開售。項目位於沙田共提供157伙, 單位面積由1,450平方呎起。
嘉里旗下位於荃灣的縉庭山亦推出6伙開放式單位。 該批單位面積280平方呎, 平均呎價約港幣6,100元。項目合共548個單位, 其中20伙為開放式單位。據報導, 該盤整體累售410伙，平均呎價約港幣5,800元。

Sales of new residential projects
About 26 units were sold at Serenade, a residential project of Hong Kong Land in Tai Hang, at HK$13,000–30,000 psf. The project will offer a total of 270 units, with standard units ranging from 1,000-1,600 sf in size and duplexes of about 2,600 sf.
Soundwill's project in Tai Hang, Warrenwoods, launched its first 20 units at an average price of about HK$15,000 psf. The property will offer a total of about 164 residential units, with standard apartments ranging from about 343 - 1,734 sf in size. The project is expected to be completed in mid-2012.
Henderson Land has released an initial price list for its residential development, Hill Paramount, with an average price of about HK$11,000 psf for the first 30 units. The project is to launch on 12 March night. Located in Shatin, Hill Paramount will offer a total of 157 units with sizes from 1,450 sf.
Kerry Properties' Primrose Hill in Tsuen Wan launched six 280-sf studio units, with an average unit price of HK$6,100 psf. The project offers a total of 548 units, of which 20 are studio units. About 410 units were reportedly sold at an average price of HK$5,800 psf.

據報導, 山頂柯士甸山道24 - 26號豐林閣洋房，近日以港幣1.15億元售出。該幢洋房面積逾2,000平方呎。
