一．2009年5月份零售業銷貨額統計數字

根據政府統計處公佈資料顯示，2009年5月的零售業總銷貨價值估計為港幣216億元，較上年同月下跌6.2%, 零售業總銷貨數量較上年同月下跌6.4%。該月汽車及汽車零件的銷貨數量跌幅最大，按年下跌32.2%。另一方面，超級市場貨品的銷貨數量則按年上升0.6%。

Retail sales for May 2009

According to the Census and Statistics Department, total retail sales in May 2009 were estimated at HK$21.6 billion, a decrease of 6.2% y-o-y in value and a decrease of 6.4% y-o-y in volume. The volume of sales of motor vehicles and parts dropped the most, down 32.2% y-o-y in May. Bucking the trend, the volume of sales of commodities in supermarkets increased by 0.6% y-o-y.

二．2009年5月訪港旅客數據

香港旅遊發展局公布，今年5月份訪港旅客按年減少13.4％，至2,027,572人次。期間內地旅客亦按年減少9.6%，至1,167,230人次。

The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that visitor arrivals in May 2009 fell by 13.4% y-o-y to 2,027,572. Mainland arrivals dropped by 9.6% y-o-y to 1,167,230.

三．主要一手住宅樓盤銷售情況

據報導，主要一手住宅樓盤於6月27日至28日期間錄得約100宗成交。當中包括永泰亞洲旗下首次推出位於九龍塘的懿薈，售出約13伙，呎價約港幣11,700-14,000元。

Sales in major primary residential projects 

About 100 transactions in major primary residential projects reportedly took place from 27-28 June. The figure includes around 13 units sold in Wing Tai Asia's Forfar project in Kowloon Tong since its first launch, which had an average unit price of about HK$11,700-14,000 psf.

四．市建局觀塘月華街項目邀請合作發展意向書   

市建局宣佈7月3日開始邀請發展商就觀塘月華街項目提交意向書。該地盤位於協和街與月華街的交界處，佔地約4,326平方米 (46,565平方呎)。預計項目完成後會提供總樓面面積約27,830平方米 (299,562平方呎) 的用地作住宅及政府/團體/社區設施之用。

Urban Renewal Authority invites Expressions of Interest for proposed development at Yuet Wah Street, Kwun Tong

The Urban Renewal Authority announced that it will invite interested parties to submit Expressions of Interest in the joint development of the Yuet Wah Street Site in Kwun Tong beginning on 3 July. The site is located at the junction of Hip Wo Street and Yuet Wah Street, Kwun Tong covering an area of about 4,326 sm (46,565 sf). It is expected to deliver a maximum GFA of about 27,830 sm (299,562 sf) for residential and Government, Institution and Community uses.

五．灣仔龍門酒家港幣4.2億元售出    

據報導，位於灣仔莊士敦道的龍門酒家全幢物業，剛以約港幣4.2億元易手。該物業地盤面積約4,300平方呎，現時總樓面約16,000平方呎, 樓高4層。

Lung Moon Restaurant in Wan Chai sold for HK$420 million

The traditional Chinese Lung Moon Restaurant on Johnston Road in Wan Chai was reportedly sold for about HK$420 million. The four-storey restaurant has a site area covering around 4,300 sf and a GFA of about 16,000 sf.
