2009年8-10月失業統計數字
根據政府統計處發表的最新數字,經季節性調整的失業率由2009年7-9月的5.3%下跌至2009年8-10月的5.2%。就業不足率保持不變,維持在2.4%的水平。失業人數(不經季節性調整)由2009年7-9月的209,100人,下跌至8-10月的190,400人,約減少18,700人。
Unemployment statistics for August - October 2009
According to the latest statistics released by the Census and Statistics Department, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate decreased from 5.3% in July - September 2009 to 5.2% in August – October 2009. The underemployment rate remained unchanged at 2.4%. The number of unemployed persons (not seasonally adjusted) decreased by around 18,700 from 209,100 in July - September 2009 to 190,400 in August - October.
2009年10月份消費物價指數
政府統計處資料顯示,2009年10月份整體消費物價與一年前同月比較,上升2.2%。剔除所有政府一次性紓困措施的影響,綜合消費物價指數在10月份的按年變動率為負0.3%。在各類消費項目中,價格在10月錄得按年較大升幅的類別為電力、燃氣及水, 按年上升26.7%。另一方面,價格在10月份錄得較大的按年跌幅類別為耐用物品, 下跌2.8%。
Consumer price indices for October 2009
The Census and Statistics Department reported that Composite CPI (Consumer Price Index) prices rose by 2.2% in October 2009 over a year earlier. Netting out the effects of the government's one-off relief measures, the Composite CPI registered a y-o-y decrease of 0.3% in October 2009. Amongst the various CPI components, a relatively larger y-o-y increase of 26.7% was recorded in October for electricity, gas and water. On the other hand, there was a relatively larger y-o-y price decrease of 2.8% in the same period for durable goods.

2009年第三季負資產住宅按揭貸款減少
香港金融管理局公布, 2009年第三季,負資產住宅按揭貸款宗數由上一季的3,767宗,減少至835宗。於2009年9月底,負資產住宅按揭貸款涉及的金額由6月底的港幣81億元,減少至港幣15億元。
Residential mortgage loans in negative equity decline in the third quarter of 2009
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority announced the estimated number of residential mortgage loans (RMLs) in negative equity declined to 835 cases at end-September 2009 from 3,767 cases at end-June 2009. The aggregate value of RMLs in negative equity declined to HK$1.5 billion at end-September 2009 from HK$8.1 billion at end-June 2009.

兩幅大埔地成功勾出拍賣
地政總署公布,兩幅位於大埔白石角發展區第2期大埔市地段第200號及大埔市地段第201號的土地已根據可供申請售賣土地表制度勾出。該兩幅土地將於2009年12月28日舉行拍賣。政府已接受申請人每幅土地港幣36億元的最低出價保證。兩幅土地的地盤面積,均為20,925平方米 (約225,240平方呎),指定作非工業,不包括倉庫、酒店及加油站用途。每幅土地完成發展後的最高樓面總面積為66,960平方米 (約720,760平方呎)。
Two sites in Tai Po successfully triggered for auction
The Lands Department announced that two sites in Tai Po - Tai Po Town, Lot Numbers 200 and 201 in the Pak Shek Kok Development Area, Phase 2, have been successfully triggered for sale under the Application List System. The auction will be held on 28 December 2009. The Government has accepted the applicants' minimum guaranteed bids of HK$3.6 billion for each lot. Each lot has a site area of 20,925 sm (about 225,240 sf) and both are designated for non-industrial use, excluding for godown, hotel and petrol station purposes. The maximum GFA for each site is 66,960 sm (about 720,760 sf).
一手住宅樓盤銷售情況
華懋集團旗下馬鞍山迎濤灣重售部份貨尾單位, 分別以一口價港幣296萬元及港幣478萬元推出一批兩房(664-683平方呎)及三房(953-973平方呎)單位。據報導, 目前項目尚餘約125伙。
而恒基亦重推大角嘴亮賢居貨尾, 單位呎價介乎港幣5,000 至6,000元。據悉, 該盤餘下約68伙。
Sales of primary residential projects
Marbella, a residential project in Ma On Shan developed by Chinachem, recently re-launched a number of unsold units at a fixed price of HK$2.96 million for two-room units (664-683 sf) and HK$4.78 million for three-room units (953-973 sf). About 125 units remain unsold.
Shining Heights, a residential project in Tai Kok Tsui developed by Henderson, also launched its remaining units at around HK$5,000-6,000 psf. There are currently around 68 unsold units.

兩岸金融MOU已完成簽署
兩岸金融監理合作瞭解備忘錄(MOU)已於11月16日在台北和北京完成簽署,預定將於60天後生效;屆時台灣銀行業者在大陸辦事處將可申請升格分行,大陸合格境內機構投資者(QDII)則可投資台股。兩岸金融 MOU 有銀行業、證券期貨業、保險業等三項,主要是雙方金融監理機構建立監理合作關係,內容包括資訊交換、資訊保密、金融檢查、持續聯繫及危機處置。由於兩岸金融MOU並不涉及市場開放,金融業者關心的參股、放寬業務限制等議題,將納入兩岸經濟合作架構協議(ECFA)協商。目前已符合升格分行條件的台銀辦事處包括國泰世華、彰化、土地、華南、第一銀行、合作金庫及中國信託商銀。
Taiwan, China sign financial MOUs
Taiwan has officially signed financial memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with Beijing on 16 November 2009. The pacts will take effect within 60 days. The two sides agreed on issues including cross-strait financial supervision, information sharing, information confidentiality, constant communication and risk management in regard to three financial services sectors – banking, insurance, and securities brokerage. After the MOUs take effect, Taiwanese banks that have established representative offices in China can officially apply to upgrade their services to branch or subsidiary offices while Chinese qualified domestic institutional investors (QDIIs) will be allowed to invest in Taiwan's stock market. As to categories to be granted market access, the terms will be addressed under the proposed cross-strait economic cooperation framework agreement (ECFA). At present, seven Taiwanese banks are eligible to upgrade their offices in the Mainland to branches, including Cathay United Bank, Chang Hwa Bank, Land Bank of Taiwan, Hua Nan Bank, First Bank, Taiwan Cooperative Bank, and Chinatrust Commercial Bank.

力麒高價買台中市土地
力麒建設以新台幣11.6億元(3,621萬美元)買下台中市七期重劃區近388坪(1,282平方米)土地,每坪單價高達新台幣300萬元(每平米2.82萬美元),刷新台中地價紀錄。力麒去年已取得相鄰之426坪(1,409平方米)土地,兩地整合後土地面積達814坪(2,691平方米),將興建豪宅出售。
Rich Development buys land in Taichung
Rich Development Inc recently purchased a 388-ping (1,282-sm) plot of residential land in the Seventh Rezoned District of Taichung City for NT$1.16 billion (US$36.21 million). The land price of NT$3 million per ping (US$28,200 psm) has broken the record in Taichung. Rich Development will consolidate the new plot with another 426-ping (1,409 sm) plot that it bought last year, in order to launch an upscale residential project for sale; the two pieces of land total 814 ping (2,691 sm).
興富發台中購地 南山買中市商辦
興富發建設買下台中市西屯區697坪(2,304平方米)土地,購地總價近新台幣9.76億元(3,040萬美元);總計興富發今年已投入逾新台幣102億元(3.2億元美元)買地。此外,南山人壽以新台幣26.52億元(8,250萬美元)向興富發購入位於台中市台中港路的RICH 19財富經貿辦公大樓。該大樓地上19層,佔地1,016坪(3,359平方米),建物面積達1.5萬坪(50,000平方米)。
Highwealth purchases land and sells building to Nan Shan
Highwealth Construction acquired a 697-ping (2,304-sm) plot located in Taichung City for NT$976 million (US$30.4 million); the company has invested more than NT$10.2 billion (US$320 million) in expanding its land bank throughout 2009. In related news, Nan Shan Life Insurance bought a 19-storey office building from Highwealth Construction for NT$2.652 billion (US$82.5 million). The property, RICH 19, is situated at Taichung Harbor Road in Taichung City and covers a land area of 1,016 ping (3,359 sm) with a total GFA of approximately 15,000 ping (50,000 sm).

2009年第三季旅客消費數據
根據統計暨普查局資料顯示,今年第3季的旅客人均消費為1,621澳門元,較去年同季減少9%。中國大陸旅客的消費最高,為3,268澳門元。
Visitor expenditure statistics for the third quarter of 2009
According to the Statistics and Census Service, per-capita spending of visitors decreased by 9% y-o-y to MOP 1,621 in the third quarter of 2009. Per-capita spending of Mainland visitors was the highest, at MOP 3,268.
2008年博彩業數據
根據統計暨普查局資料顯示,2008年澳門博彩業的總收益及總支出分別為1,111.7億澳門元及579.9億澳門元,較2007年上升30.5%及29.9%;此外,反映行業對經濟貢獻的增加值總額亦上升31%至671.9億澳門元。
Gaming sector statistics for 2008
Statistics and Census Service data indicated that Total Receipts and Total Expenditure of the Gaming Sector in 2008 amounted to MOP 111.17 billion and MOP 57.99 billion, respectively, up by 30.5% and 29.9% y-o-y; moreover, Gross Value Added, which measures the sectoral contribution to the economy, also went up by 31% to MOP 67.19 billion.

統計暨普查局資料顯示,2009年第3季訂立的不動產買賣契約共2,825宗,成交單位3,323個,交易金額合共39.4億澳門元,成交單位數目及金額按季分別增加16.7%及19.9%。今年第3季住宅單位平均成交價為每平方米(實用面積)24,154澳門元,按季上升27.6%。
Private sector real estate transactions for the third quarter of 2009
Information from the Statistics and Census Service indicated that 2,825 real estate sale and purchase contracts were concluded in the third quarter of 2009, involving 3,323 units valued at MOP 3.94 billion, respective increases of 16.7% and 19.9% q-o-q. In the third quarter of 2009, the average transaction price of residential units rose by 27.6% q-o-q to MOP 24,154 psm of usable area.
