Three Story multi-family home with 3 units on a decently sized lot. Wood frame on concrete foundation. Roof is of shingle type. Grey in color with no garage or driveway. Windows are of wood frames. The yard appears to have been maintained to the bare minimum but there is no overgrowth. Siding appears to be less than 5 years old.
Interior Features
The interior of this home is in fair condition. Each unit has some signs of water damage in the ceiling. It appears a drop ceiling has been installed in places where there was significant ceiling damage yet the problem was never fixed. As a result, the drop ceiling frame is still intact but the ceiling tiles have succumbed to water damage and have failed. There are numerous issues with the floor. Nothing I would call unsafe but cosmetically there are a lot of issues with stains and missing areas. Yet the floors do seem intact and safe to walk on through out the structure.
