降舊樓強制售賣門檻下月實施
立法會通過政府降低舊樓強制售賣門檻,由九成降至八成業權的議案,有關條例將於2010年4月1日生效。條例適用於樓宇樓齡最少達50 年或以上;地段上僅餘一伙未能收購;以及坐落在非工業區、樓齡超過30年或以上的工廈。
Law lowering the threshold for compulsory sale of old buildings takes effect next month
The Legislative Council has passed a law effective from 1 April 2010 allowing developers to seek compulsory sale of a building after acquiring 80% of the property interests in it, lowered from the present 90%. The policy targets buildings 50 years or older, those with all units but one acquired, and industrial buildings over 30 years old located outside of industrial zones.

根據政府統計處發表的最新數字,經季節性調整的失業率由2009年11月至2010年1月的4.9%下跌至2009年12 - 2010年2月的4.6%,是自2008年11月至2009年1月以來最低。同期間,就業不足率由2.2%下跌至2.1%。
Hong Kong unemployment statistics from December 2009 – February 2010
The latest statistics released by the Census and Statistics Department indicate that the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate decreased from 4.9% in November 2009 - January 2010 to 4.6% in December 2009 - February 2010, the lowest since November 2008 - January 2009. Meanwhile, the underemployment rate declined from 2.2% to 2.1%.

自3月12日始發售的尚巒,開售3天已售出162個單位,平均呎價約港幣14,000元。尚巒位於大坑, 屬金朝陽旗下物業, 提供164 個住宅單位。標準單位面積由 343 - 1,734 平方呎不等。項目預計2012年年中落成。
長實與港鐵合作發展的東涌海珀名邸自3月13日開售後, 全數共56幢洋房已售罄,呎價介乎港幣8,000-11,000元。
信和置業亦推出旗下上水雙魚河Goodwood Park住宅樓盤。項目提供13座洋房, 意向呎價約港幣13,000元。
新鴻基地產部署在復活節假期前推售大角咀形品.星寓,並計劃先推特色戶,意向呎價約港幣17,000元。標準單位意向呎價則約港幣10,000元。項目共提供377 個單位。
Sales of new residential projects
A total of 162 units at Warrenwoods, Soundwill's project in Tai Hang, have been sold in the first three days since its launch on 12 March, with an average price of HK$14,000 psf. The property will offer about 164 residential units upon completion in mid-2012, with sizes ranging from 343-1,734 sf.
All 56 houses at La Mer, a joint development of Cheung Kong and MTRC in Tung Chung, were sold out after its launch on 13 March, with prices ranging between HK$8,000 and 11,000 psf.
Sino Land also launched its residential project Goodwood Park in Beas River, Sheung Shui. It offers 13 houses with an asking price of around HK$13,000 psf.
Sun Hung Kai Properties plans to launch its residential project, Lime Stardom, at Larch Street in Mong Kok before the Easter holidays, with the initial introduction of custom designed units at an asking price of around HK$17,000 psf. The asking price for standard units is expected to be about HK$10,000 psf. The scheme will offer 377 units.

泰豐國際集團宣佈以港幣2.8億元購入一幢位於山頂施勳道8號倚巒的洋房。該物業樓高三層, 總建築面積約4,650平方呎。
House at Severn 8 sold for HK$280 million
Sino-Tech International Holdings announced that it acquired a 3-storey house located at No. 8 Severn Road, the Peak, with a gross area of approximately 4,650 sf, at a consideration of HK$280 million.

華固新台幣70.28億元標得天母土地
華固建設日前以總價新台幣70.28億元(2.2億美元)、相當於每坪410萬(每平方米39,000美元)的價格,標得基督教中國佈道會所擁有的天母東路1,715坪(約5,670平方米)土地。此標售案共吸引7封標單,最後以高於底價41%的價格脫標。
Huaku buys Tianmu land for NT$7.028 billion
Huaku Development Co recently submitted a winning bid of NT$7.028 billion (US$220 million) to acquire a 1,715-ping (5,670 sm) plot of land located in the Tianmu area in Taipei. The price represents a 41% premium on the floor price, translating into a unit price of nearly NT$4.1 million per ping (US$39,000 psm). The property, owned by the Evangelize China Fellowship, attracted a total of seven bidders.
