2010年1月份的零售業銷貨額統計數字
根據政府統計處公佈資料顯示，2010年1月的零售業總銷貨價值的估計為港幣293億元，較上年同月上升6.6%; 零售業總銷貨數量較上年同月上升3.2%。該月汽車及汽車零件的銷貨數量升幅最大，按年上升56.8%。另一方面，超級市場貨品的銷貨數量跌幅最大，按年下跌15.5%。

Retail sales statistics for January 2010
According to the Census and Statistics Department, total retail sales in January 2010 amounted to around HK$29.3 billion, increasing 6.6% in value and 3.2% in volume over a year earlier. The volume of sales of motor vehicles and parts increased the most, up 56.8% y-o-y in January. In contrast, the sales volume of commodities in supermarkets decreased the most, down 15.5% y-o-y in January 2010.

2010年1月訪港旅客數字
香港旅遊發展局公佈，2010年1月訪港旅客共2,960,319人次，較去年同月增加5.9%。該月中國大陸的訪港旅客人次增長則較為輕微, 按年升0.8%，至1,907,827人次。

Visitor arrivals for January 2010
The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that visitor arrivals to Hong Kong reached 2,960,319 in January 2010, 5.9% more than in January 2009. Mainland visitors saw a milder y-o-y increase of 0.8% to 1,907,827.

《香港物業報告2010》初步統計數字
差餉物業估價署公布, 2009 年私人住宅的落成量為7,160個。2010年和2011年新單位的預測落成量分別約為14,260個和10,960個。

Hong Kong Property Review 2010 preliminary findings
The Rating and Valuation Department reported that 7,160 units were completed in 2009. It is estimated that about 14,260 units will be completed in 2010 and 10,960 units will be completed in 2011.

資本入境者地產投資數據
保安局表示，經「資本投資者入境計劃」獲准來港的人士，去年投資本地房地產的總值約港幣56億元，佔成交總額1.1%；其中，約港幣53億元投資在住宅物業，佔該類別房地產成交總額1.2%。該類人士2008年投資本地房地產總值約港幣32億元，佔房地產成交總額0.8%；住宅物業約佔港幣30億元。

Statistics of entrants' investment in real estate
Security Bureau reported that people admitted under the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme invested HK$5.6 billion in local real estate last year, representing 1.1% of the total value of all real estate transactions in Hong Kong. Of that amount, HK$5.3 billion was spent on residential property, representing 1.2% of the total value of all such transactions. In 2008, entrants' investment amounted to HK$3.2 billion, 0.8% of the total value of all real estate transactions. Of that amount, HK$3 billion was spent on residential property.

2010年2月份土地註冊處數字
土地註冊處公布，2月份所有種類樓宇買賣合約共13,423份，按月升8.4%，按年則升166.2%。合約總值按月升8.9%，至港幣487億元，按年升幅達206.7%。月內住宅樓宇買賣合約共11,733份，按月升10.1%，按年則升161.5%；合約總值港幣408億元，按月升12.8%，按年則升199.4%。

Land Registry statistics for February 2010
The Land Registry reported that the number of sale and purchase agreements for all building units received for registration in February amounted to 13,423, up 8.4% m-o-m and 166.2% y-o-y. The total consideration of sale and purchase agreements in February was HK$48.7 billion, up 8.9% m-o-m and 206.7% y-o-y. Among the sale and purchase agreements, 11,733 were for residential units, a 10.1% m-o-m increase and a 161.5% y-o-y rise. The total consideration for residential sale and purchase agreements was HK$40.8 billion, up 12.8% m-o-m and 199.4% y-o-y.

港鐵批出柯士甸站C 地盤及D 地盤項目發展合約
港鐵宣布，柯士甸站C 地盤及D 地盤項目發展合約由新世界發展有限公司和會德豐地產有限公司共同組成之公司投得。該項目總地盤面積為295,181 平方呎。許可總建築面積約為1,282,165平方呎，作住宅用途。項目的總發展及相關成本預算約為港幣117億元。

Tender awarded for Austin Station Developments Site C & Site D
MTR Corporation announced that a consortium formed by New World Development and Wheelock Properties has won the tender for the Austin Station Developments Site C & Site D. The project covers a total site area of 295,181 sf, and the permissible total GFA is approximately 1,282,165 sf for residential use. The total development and related costs of the project are budgeted at approximately HK$11.7 billion.

美利大廈改酒店明年招標
發展局宣布，明年公開招標，把美利大廈改建為酒店, 預計可興建約300間酒店房間。該局表示，期望美利大廈辦公室可在明年年底陸續遷往添馬艦政府總部。

Murray Building conversion tender set for 2011
The Development Bureau announced that the public tendering exercise for the conversion of the Murray Building into a hotel will start next year when its offices relocate to the new Central Government Complex at Tamar. The site is expected to provide about 300 hotel rooms.

新盤推售情況
據報導, 恆基旗下於港島半山麥當勞道住宅項目嘉苑最快於本周末推出。該盤總數21伙，標準單位面積約1,300平方呎，料呎價約港幣20,000元起。另外, 發展商亦計劃最快下周推出名家匯, 意向呎價約港幣9,200-9,300元起。項目位於沙田共提供157伙, 單位面積由1,450平方呎起。
長實與港鐵合作發展的東涌海珀名邸亦預計下周開售, 項目共有56幢大屋。
由新地、嘉里建設及百利保控股發展位於鴨脷洲的住宅項目「南灣」最快可望於復活節前後推出。項目提供逾 700 個單位。

Sales of new residential projects
Henderson Land will reportedly launch Park Rise, its residential project at MacDonnell Road in Hong Kong Mid-levels, this weekend. The project will offer 21 units with a standard size of about 1,300 sf. Prices are expected to start from HK$20,000 psf. The developer also plans to launch its residential development, Hill Paramount, next week at the earliest, with an asking price from HK$9,200-9,300 psf for standard units. Located in Shatin, the project will offer 157 units with sizes from 1,450 sf.
La Mer, a joint development of Cheung Kong and MTRC in Tung Chung, is expected to launch next week. The project will offer 56 houses.
Larvotto, a residential project jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Kerry Properties and Paliburg Holdings in Ap Lei Chau, will be launched around Easter holiday. The project will offer over 700 apartment units.
