2009年12月份對外商品貿易統計
政府統計處發表的對外商品貿易統計數字顯示，繼2009年11月份錄得1.3%的按年升幅後，2009年12月份的商品整體出口貨值為港幣2,248億元，較2008年同月上升9.2%。同時，繼2009年11月份錄得6.5%的按年升幅後，2009年12月份商品進口貨值為港幣2,583億元，較上一年同月上升18.7%。

External Merchandise Trade Statistics for December 2009
The Census and Statistics Department reported that the value of total exports of goods increased by 9.2% in December 2009 over a year earlier to HK$224.8 billion, after a y-o-y increase of 1.3% in November 2009. The value of imports of goods increased by 18.7% over a year earlier to HK$258.3 billion in December 2009, after a y-o-y increase of 6.5% in November 2009.

2009年12月份屋宇署統計數字
屋宇署於2009年12月共批出34份建築圖則，包括15項住宅及商住發展、6項商業發展及13項社區服務發展。屋宇署同時發出16份入伙紙, 其中住宅用途的建築樓面面積有76,001平方米(約818,075平方呎)，共391個單位；而非住宅用途的建築樓面面積則為50,698平方米(約545,713平方呎)。

Buildings Department statistics for December 2009
The Buildings Department approved 34 building plans in December 2009. Of the approved plans, 15 were for apartment and apartment/commercial developments, six were for commercial developments, and 13 were for community services developments. The department also issued 16 occupation permits. Of the buildings certified for occupation, the GFA for residential use amounted to 76,001 sm (about 818,075 sf) involving 391 units, as well as 50,698 sm (about 545,713 sf) for non-residential use.

2009年12月住宅按揭統計
根據香港金融管理局的資料，2009年12月份新取用按揭貸款額較11月份減少5.8%，至港幣197億元。新批出的貸款按月減少6.2%，至港幣242億元。

Residential mortgage statistics for December 2009
According to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, new mortgage loans drawn down during December 2009 declined by 5.8% compared with November, to HK$19.7 billion. The amount of new loans approved fell by 6.2% m-o-m to HK$24.2 billion.

港鐵柯士甸站地盤招意向書
港鐵近日就柯士甸站C及D地盤之住宅發展項目招收發展意向書, 並於2010年1月29日截止。兩地盤合共佔地約294,900平方呎, 總樓面面積約128萬平方呎。

MTR Corporation invites expressions of interest for Austin Station sites
MTR Corporation recently invited developers to submit expressions of interest for Sites C and D of the Austin Station Property Developments project, which closed on 29 January 2010. The two residential sites cover a total land area of about 294,900 sf and have a GFA of about 1.28 million sf.

一手住宅樓盤銷售情況
據報導, 新世界發展旗下位於西環卑路乍街42-44號住宅項目寶雅山, 最快於1月30日開售。項目共提供約152個單位, 單位面積由逾700平方呎起, 意向呎價約港幣10,000元。另外, 集團亦推出旗下尖沙咀名鑄特色單位, 單位面積由2,384-5260平方呎, 意向呎價約港幣31,000 –50,000元。該項目現時尚餘約100個未售單位, 餘下單位面積由1,100平方呎起, 意向呎價約港幣13,000–23,000元。
太古地產灣仔星街住宅項目5 Star Street亦有機會短期開售。該項目提供25伙，全部為約676平方呎單位,意向呎價約港幣17,000-18,000元。

Sales of primary residential projects
Sources report that New World Development will launch its residential project at 42-44 Belcher's Street, Western District on 30 January 2010 at the earliest. The project will offer about 152 units with sizes from over 700 sf with an expected asking price of about HK$10,000 psf. The group also launched the custom designed units of about 2,384 – 5,260 sf in size at its residential project in Tsim Sha Tsui, The Masterpiece, with asking prices ranging from HK$31,000 – 50,000 psf. The project currently has 100 unsold units of over 1,100 sf in size with asking prices between HK$13,000 - 23,000 psf.
Swire Properties is also to launch its residential development at Star Street in Wan Chai, '5 Star Street', soon. The project will offer 25 units of about 676 sf in size with asking prices ranging from HK$17,000-18,000 psf.
