一．2009年6月對外商品貿易統計

政府統計處資料顯示，繼2009年5月份錄得14.5%的按年跌幅後，2009年6月份商品整體出口貨值為港幣2,111億元，較2008年同月下跌5.4%。其中6月份轉口貨值為港幣2,064億元，按年下跌4.2%。同時，繼2009年5月份錄得19.2%的按年跌幅後，2009年6月份商品進口貨值為港幣2,276億元，較上一年同月下跌7.9%。2009年上半年的商品整體出口貨值較2008年同期下跌17.2%, 其中轉口貨值按年下跌16.3%。同時，商品進口貨值亦按年下跌18.6%。

According to the Census and Statistics Department, the value of total exports of goods decreased by 5.4% y-o-y to HK$211.1 billion in June 2009, after a y-o-y decrease of 14.5% in May 2009.  Within this total, the value of re-exports decreased by 4.2% y-o-y to HK$206.4 billion in June 2009. Concurrently, the value of imports of goods decreased by 7.9% y-o-y to HK$227.6 billion in June 2009, after a y-o-y decrease of 19.2% in May 2009. For the first half of 2009 as a whole, the value of total exports of goods dropped by 17.2% over the same period in 2008.  Within this total, the value of re-exports decreased by 16.3%. Concurrently, the value of imports of goods decreased by 18.6%. 

二．2009年上半年訪港旅客數字

香港旅遊發展局公布，2009年首6個月累計訪港旅客共13,696,779人次，較去年同期減少3.4%。期間來自內地的旅客按年增加4.6%，共826萬人次。整體而言，來自短途市場的旅客按年微跌1.3%；其中，來自北亞地區的訪港旅客按年減少25.4%。至於長途地區市場，來自該等地區的訪港旅客亦按年減少14%。

Hong Kong visitor arrivals for the first half of 2009

The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that visitor arrivals to Hong Kong reached 13,696,779 in the first six months of 2009. This represents a decrease of 3.4% over the same period last year. Mainland China achieved positive growth of 4.6% y-o-y to 8.26 million arrivals in the first six months of 2009. Overall, arrivals from short-haul regions decreased by a marginal 1.3% y-o-y, with North Asia showing a 25.4%-y-o-y decline. Arrivals from long-haul regions dipped by 14% y-o-y.

三．2009年6月住宅按揭數據

根據香港金融管理局資料顯示，2009年6月份新取用按揭貸款額較5月份增加34.4%，至港幣204億元，是連續第五個月錄得升幅。新批出的貸款按月增加36.5%，至港幣384億元。各類物業交易的新批出貸款均有所增加，其中一手市場交易批出貸款增加港幣28億元（按月增加43.8％），二手市場交易批出貸款增加54億港元（按月增加27.4%）。

Residential mortgage statistics for June 2009

According to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the value of new mortgage loans drawn down during June 2009 increased for the fifth consecutive month, rising 34.4% m-o-m to HK$20.4 billion. The amount of new loans approved grew 36.5% m-o-m to HK$38.4 billion. The increase was distributed across all types of property transactions. Approvals for primary market transactions increased by HK$2.8 billion or 43.8% m-o-m and approvals for secondary market transactions increased by HK$5.4 billion or 27.4% m-o-m.

四．觀塘啟德大廈放售

位於觀塘道53-55A號的啟德大廈現招標放售。該大廈由4幢物業組成，總地盤面積約61,497平方呎，現已收集逾90%業權。若整幢作住宅建築物用途，其最大地積比率為7.5倍。
